"Why in the hell does Li want us to show up in Halloween costumes tomorrow? What attention for the school is she trying to stir up?:" Daria asked Jane as the two walked down the streets of Lawndale.
"Don't know, but we might as well have fun with this evil scheme of Li's. So, what are you going to wear?"
Daria sighed, then smirked, I have an idea," she said, not giving anything away.

She looked at herself in the mirror. Her Auburn mane of hair was almost three times as thick as it normally was. Her human ears were hidden along with her lion like ears near the top of her head. Her whiskers twitched and she smirk.
"Looks like this damn curse will come in use," she said to herself. She exited the bathroom and headed downstairs. Helen nearly fainted, seeing her daughter in her werecat form.
"Daria?" Helen began.
"School wants us to prance around in Halloween costumes all day today so I figure I could let my curse out for a day," she said, got a large, poured milk, and in five seconds it was gone.

"Wow! I've got to hand it to you, that is impressive, and having your tail wrapped around you like a belt is a nice touch. But how did you get your eyes to look like that and not have problems seeing?" Jane asked, all decked out in a wicked witch's outfit.
"Look at my glasses, a little closer," Daria advised and Jane did so.
"Those are flat pieces of glass, not lenses...uh..."
"My costume isn't fake," Daria said with a grin.
"You mean...oooh, werecat," Jane grinned and the two continued to make their way to school.

Trent came downstairs the moment the girls came through the door. Trent looked at them and Jane cackled.
"Halloween Trent, remember?" Jane asked.
"Uh yeah, but..." Trent began.
"Li, for some reason I haven't been able to figure out, wanted every single one of her students to dress up today," Daria said.
"Cool cat girl costume," Trent complimented.
Jane smirked, rub her belly," Jane encouraged.
Jane," Daria growled, and feeling playful, Trent did so, but her heard start purring.
"Who, a werecat, even more cool," he said with a smile and Daria tried to glare at Jane, but feeling Trent petting her like that through her leopard pattern shirt was feeling too good to ignore.
