J. Francis Marion is reviewer 100, so this chapter is for him. I'm doing this episode for the fifth time so if you are getting tired of it, then let me know.

"You aren't going to eat all that with all that fat are you?" Quinn complained.
"No, I'm going to stuff it in my boots because I like the squishy feeling between my toes."
"Ewww! am I going to have to put up with you for two weeks in the same room?" she whined.
"Well, if you can convince mom to let me stay at Jane's then you can have the room all to yourself." Daria shot back.
"Like I can do that."
"Then shut up and leave me alone."
"You know, with an attitude like that you'll never get a guy to like you. I can't believe that your weird friend's brother would refer to me as 'Daria's sister'." Quinn complained. "It's not like you give any of the guys anything to look at."
"Why would I want those brainless twits that you attract?" Daria countered. The two continued to bicker. As they argued, they got louder and louder. The arguing pair of siblings didn't stop until Helen slammed opened the door.
"What is going on around here?!" she demanded.
"Daria's acting weird again!" Quinn complained.
"Your eye candy attention whore for a younger daughter is acting like a twit as usual." Daria growled. Helen could see that even though her eldest daughter still was speaking in a low monotone, her father's temper was surfacing.
"Go to Jane's." Helen sighed out.
"Gladly." Daria bit and gathered her things and left.
"Quinn! Why do you always push her away?! If this keeps up her anti-social mask will become her real face!"
"Mooom! I have to say that she's my 'cousin'...how would you like if you had a sister like Daria?" Quinn questioned.
"I do, or have you forgotten that Amy is my sister and she's just exactly like Daria." Helen reminded her youngest and Quinn blushed.

She sighed as she laid on Penny's bed. She had locked the door so she'd get some privacy. Jane was acting weird just because she had left a message on Tom's machine about a movie. Knowing that Jane and Tom were having issues again, she had decided to lock herself up in her temporary bedroom until the two either worked it out or broke up. Either way, she was going to try and stay out of it. She then heard muffled voices behind her door. She sighed and got up to investigate.
"Don't you have a date with Janie?" Trent asked.
"She's messing with those power tools of hers. I was going to talk to Daria to kill some time." Tom replied wondering what was up with the interrogation from Trent.
"Listen, break up with Jane first before you go after Daria." he began.
"Uh...."
"You and Jane are having problems and you're quickly getting interested in Daria. You break up with Jane first and get with Daria we're not going to have a problem. You cheat on Jane with Daria then we're going to have a big problem."
"What, you going to get in my way?"
"No, I'm not saying that. What I am saying is that Jane's Daria's first friend ever and if you ruin that friendship because you were too inpatient to break up with Jane before making a move on Daria then you'll be ruining their friendship and I won't let that happen."
"I'm having a difficult time in believing what you are saying. I think you miss her being physically attracted to you. You don't like the fact that she realized that you couldn't keep up with her intelligence nor could you show her that you could commit to something."
"Ok, I knew I blew it on that project, there's no excuse or reason I could give that could ever fix that. I know that now. But this isn't about me, this is about you losing interest in Jane and gaining an interest in Daria. I can't stop you if you want to get with her, but I can't stop you from ruining their friendship."
"I still have a hard time believing that, but I'll go with your excuse, for now." Tom said and walked away from Penny's door. Trent sighed and headed back for his room. Hopefully Tom got the message. She didn't see a pair of grey eyes peeking out. Daria shut the door and leaned up against it.
'I'm in a fucking triangle with my best friend and her boyfriend. What the hell did I do to deserve this? I know one thing though, I want to be out of it, but throwing myself at Trent isn't the answer, is it? No, I've got to try something with Trent...at least, see if I was right about him or not. I won't be the other girl in this relationship.' she thought.
