"How in the world do they manage to get around in that city?" Mr. Botsford asks as he and Tim poor over an atlas as the rest of the family makes finally packing preparations.
"They don't call it the L.A. of the south for nothing. We'll just have to be creative in how we get around this concrete jungle." Tim states and starts marking on the map. Mr. Botsford watches in amazement as Tim finishes. "There, we shouldn't get lost now." Tim says smirking.
"You sure...,"
"The is a very recent road map...,unless something major has changed that is the best way to hop from place to place we'll be going to."

"Becky...," TJ begins, "I'm...,sorry. I've acted like a jerk and you didn't deserve it. I was so infatuated with your alter ego that when I found out that it was you I became the biggest jerk in the world. Forgive me?"
Becky smiles for the first time in days and hugs her brother. "Your forgiven. Scoops jealousy got into trouble as well."
"Look, uh, if you and Tim need time away from Carina, and Violet isn't around, and if I'm not busy, I'll watch my niece." TJ tentatively offers.
"I'll hold you to that one." Becky says smirking.

"The continuing council has agreed. Princess Zaniah is to be convinced to rule temporary until a better solution is found." Gladiator states.
"And just how are we to convince her to leave Earth?" Quick Strike asks.
"Yeah, she seemed tied to that planet." Sniper adds.
"That is why the guard shall off its services as defenders of that city until planet Lexicon can get back on its feet." Gladiator states.
"What!?" Stealth Rider and Lock Pick shout.
"All of us?" IQ asks.
"All of us." Gladiator states. "I'll have to leave one of you in charge so that I may protect the princess."
"Why would the continuing council do that when they know that she's consorting with a Decimalian?" Lock Pick asks.
"She's the only one left that can govern us for now. We are in trouble and we must put someone in charge before someone worse than the warlords show up." Gladiator states. "We leave in two hours time."

"Nice room." Becky comments as the family brings their luggage into the hotel suite.
"I doubt we could ever be able to protect a city this large." Tim states. Carina, who had been sleeping, wakes to see the new scenery.
"Bottle?"
"Oh boy." Becky sighs wondering where her daughter got her ravenous appetite.

"Told you." Tim states.
"Who new that a granite rock had so much beauty surrounding it." Becky comments.
"We're alone, I think we can have that talk now."

"We're partners in every sense of the word...,you ought to know that."
"I've been thinking...,about us."

"Oh,"
"I can't believe I'm about to say this, but maybe we need to retire."
"Retire?"
"Look at all the other responsibilities we've got. We've got three more years of high school, Carina will be turning one soon...,I don't think we can keep this up."
"We can't...,"
"I know, but after what happened...,I don't know if we can continue to take the risks we do."
"Maybe we ought to think about a rotation schedule. Instead of the both of us, maybe one of us and Huggy could go stop the bad guy."
"Huggy would like that. He's been unhappy that he's been nothing but a babysitter. Ok, unless things get worse, Team Alphanumeric is still in business."

"You look good in that uniform...,Fleet Captain Caelum." Emma states.
"I do don't I?" weapon X² smirks looking in the mirror.
"You're so narcissistic and vein...," Emma says smirking.
"And yet you still spread your legs for me." X² states.
"If you weren't designed to pleasure me in such a way I wouldn't feel the need to."
"Must have been in that 2X² improvement. No wonder the princess laid with that idiot."
"What are they up to anyway?"
"Rumor is that Lexicon is going to try and convince their princess to take the throne. I pity him. He'll have to deal with all those Lexiconians."
"Must you take every chance to insult Tim?"
"That's what older, wiser, better...,"
"Alright...," Emma stops him. "C'mon, you've got to make that report to the admiralty."
"Oh if only the Root could see3 me now." X² says smiling.

Author's Ramblings
sorry that this was so short, but this was nothing but set up for the fifth season. I'd like to thank MaxJ1800 for giving me the plot point to run with this story. Go to Wikapedia and read up on Stone Mountain. I've been there three times...,the laser light show is the coolest thing you'll ever see. They improved upon it every time I go. Hadn't been there in a while though. I guess I've given away where in the U.S. I live. Read and review.
