Yeah I know, how am I supposed to twist this one when it's a musical! Well, for this part, I've stripped the music out of it from the time Helen got off the phone with Trent onwards. Who the hell sings during a hurricane!

He quickly got his pants on. He took a look at the clock and got a thoughtful look on his face.
'They're still at school. Bet they're still there. Wouldn't hurt just to check just in case.' Trent thought before grabbing his keys and heading out.

It was empty, of course, and was supposed to be locked, but Trent knew how to break in. He'd done it before and remembered where and when he had done it. Shaking himself, he brought his mind back to the present. He knew Jane was here, but he didn't know exactly where in the building she was. He could hear the wind picking up as it blew across the roof.
"The roof!" Trent shouted, his voice echoing down the empty halls of Lawndale High. Reaching the roof, he could see that the Hurricane was making its way towards the town. Herd a banging sound and saw that it had come from the utility shack. It appeared that someone was trapped. He tried to pick the lock, but it almost broke his lock pick of his switchblade. Stepping back, he made sure that he was wearing his boots instead of shoes. Seeing that he had the proper footwear for the task he was about to do, booted foot and door collided violently and door fell in on itself to reveal Jane, Daria, and one cheerleader. Muffled sounds came from under the door that Trent was standing on.
"Trent! What the hell woke you up to notice what was going on?" Jane asked.
"Your father called the house, Daria, then your mother took the phone from him and told me about the storm. Figured if you weren't there then you had to be stuck here somehow." Trent explained not knowing that he was standing on the quarterback.
"Well, no death for us today." Jane said with a smile.
"C'mon, let's get out of here." Daria said and the two girls plus Trent head back inside. The trio hadn't seen Brittany looking at Trent as he stood over Kevin like some conquering hero. Kevin finally was able to stand back up with the weight off of his back.
"Babe! What happened!? Babe?" Kevin asked realizing that Brittany wasn't paying attention to him.

"It appears that the storm has wabbled, but not in the direction that we thought it would. The hurricane will directly hit Lawndale, and has been upgraded to a category five hurricane." the weather reporter said over the radio.
"Damn, Janie, did our folks pay the insurance?" Trent asked.
"Why are you asking me?" Jane asked.
"Ah hell," Trent said hoping the house would be able to withstand the storm.
"Don't worry, if they can keep the lights, cable, and water on then they had to have paid the insurance. Especially with mom blowing up kilns ever so often." Jane remarked. Daria was silent. Her back was killing her and she really didn't want to think about actually having parents like Jane's.

"Look what I found!" Trent called out after coming into the house.
"You found the girls! Where the hell were you!" Jake shouted.
"Trapped up on the roof." Jane answered.
"And just why were you on the roof when a hurricane was coming?" Helen asked.
"I don't go to pep rallies." Daria simply answered and Helen sighed. to herself. What a time for Li to schedule something like that. At least Trent found them.
"How did you know to check the school?" Jake asked.
"Hey, it's a school day isn't it?" Trent asked and Jake looked slightly flustered. He should have gone over to the school and checked instead of going on his war path trying to get back to the house.
'Damn hurricane, now I've got to keep my parents from parenting Trent and Jane. Good thing Quinn isn't interested in Trent. Damn, need another dose of pain killers.' she thought and headed upstairs. Her back was killing her. She wondered how Brittany could support her own assets, unless...'No, even Kevin couldn't that dumb not to notice that she stuffs her bra.' she mused and headed into the bathroom. She was going to need the aspirin for sure now with her mother and Trent being under the same roof for more than five minutes.
