Mmmm, probably the most shipper friendly episode, but it's about to get better. You know who you are that suggested this...hehehehe.

"Damn," Trent growled looking under the hood. "Janie, get over here and bring that damn glue gun." Trent said. Jane came over and Trent pointed out what he wanted done. Jessie waited and then Trent gave him the thumbs up. Jessie cranked the engine and it started up.
"Alright, we may still make it." Trent said and Jane drug Jessie to the back. Daria gave Jane a death glare before getting into the shotgun seat and the tank kept rolling along its journey.

He had been to concerts before, but the madness that was all around him was something that he'd never seen before and hoped to be the started of one day when the Spiral hit it big. Shaking himself free of those thoughts, he kept the auburn girl as close to him as possible. He knew that with her lack of height along with being crammed up against 10,000 people or more, she would get lost and probably panic. Plus, there were a lot of horn dogs around who'd try to impose themselves upon her.
Trent checked his pocket. He smirked to himself feeling his lucky switchblade was there. He didn't go to concerts without it. You never knew when a fight might break out.
"Ok!?" he shouted to be heard over the crowd and the band currently playing on stage.
"I'm ok, but I don't think I'll be able to take much more of this!" Daria shouted back. Trent nodded to himself. She had had a hard time of it on the trip here. Being amongst a moshing crowd seemed to be making things worse. He moved from holding onto her hand to having an arm wrapped tightly about her waste.
'There, that ought to make her feel better.' Trent thought. Wild crowd.' he mused as he kept a protective hold on Daria. He caught the sight of several guys watching him, or more specifically, watching Daria. He pulled out the blade and flicked it opened. Daria didn't see this actions but the ones following him did and decided that it wasn't worth getting killed over. Closing the knife, he continued to try and find Jessie and Jane. The four had gotten separated in this mob that was doing an impersonation of a crowd watching a concert.

They were sitting on the hood of the tank, waiting. Jessie and Jane knew where they had parked so Trent knew, if Jessie wanted to continue to live, he'd get Jane back to the van.
"Tired?" Trent asked.
"Yeah, plus my back wishes for me to find a plot of dirt and lay in it." Daria replied. Even though she had enjoyed being that close to Trent, being on her feet for that prolonged period had taken its toll. Trent discreetly looked over trying to find out why she should have such back pains. Then he saw it. It was subtile due to the fact that she was wearing that shirt in such a manor to hide it, but he could tell that she was hiding slightly more assets than a girl her height could support with having back pains. Trent slid over and the next thing Daria felt was her back cracking, then a moment of pain, and finally total relief as Trent continued to pop her spine by putting pressure in just the right spot.
"Hidden talent?" she asked.
"Nah, just picked something up from dating girls with your...unique body structure back while I was at LHS." Trent said with a grin.
"Uh..."
"Don't worry, only someone that knows you're hiding it and knows that you don't want to be judge by your looks knows what to look for. No one else noticed." Trent reassured her.
"Good, thought I was losing the ability to shield myself from unwanted attention."
"Uh oh," Trent commented seeing Jessie and a stumbling Jane coming their way. The pair hopped off the hood and Trent shook his head.
"Sorry Trent, couldn't keep her away from the stuff." Jessie apologized. Daria sniffed lightly and picked up the smell of something very illegal.
"Janie," Trent shook his head.
"Hey," Jane said slightly loopy, "blame mom for burning the stuff when were younger." she said with a goofy grin. Trent shook his head.
"Get her in the van, Jess, let's get back to Lawndale before the cops notice we've got someone high on MJ." Trent said and Jessie gets himself and Jane into the back of the van.
"Will she...?" Daria asked.
"This has happened before, but I try not to let her get near the stuff. She's always pissed after coming down from the high."
"Mother uses?" she asked as the two climbed into the front.
"She's cut back, but whenever she's home, she'll burn it and breath it in that way." Trent said and started the van and they headed for home.
