"Whaaaammmmmm!" the Whammer shouts attacking. MathWiz and WordGirl dodge it. WordGirl ducks an attack from MinusMan and MathWiz reflects the blast back at him. WordGirl has to duck again quickly from a shot taken by the Huntress. MathWiz growls as he locks up with Krog. The muscles of the ring were keeping the two busy while the rest robbed the bank that WordGirl and MathWiz were trying to protect. They didn't have a chance to call in their backup in Caelum and Emma before this fight broke out. Huggy leaps on onto MinusMan's head and he starts firing blindly. The Whammer tires to help, but ends up knocking the master of subtraction out when Huggy leapt off his head.
"You idiot!" the huntress barks and fires angrily at WordGirl who dodges again.
"Krog no like you!" Krog growls trying to win the test of strength he was in with MathWiz.
"The feeling is mutual!" MathWiz shouts.
"Wham!" the Whammer shouts trying to redeem himself by helping Krog, but MathWiz moves and Krog's own momentum makes him crash into the wall of the bank. Fortunately, it didn't crumble under the force of the impact.
"My wham!" Whammer shouts, but is then taking down by WordGirl.
"Looks like you're the only one left, huntress." WordGirl states coming closer.
"Damn you!" she shouts and starts firing constantly at the two. MathWiz's phone vibrates and he answers.
"We're kinda busy here," MathWiz states.
"The Root is on our side of the city. We're pinned down here!" Caelum shouts.
"Shit." MathWiz swears and reflects a blast back at the huntress who takes it in the head and she falls down. "C'mon, they're in trouble!" he calls to WordGirl and the two take off with Huggy holding onto WordGirl. the police come out of the bank with Two Brains, his henchmen, Granny May, Lady Redundant Woman, and Phantasma in cuffs. Because of the fight, they couldn't get away and the police had gotten in through the back and had caught the rest of the ring.

"Damn it, they are going to pull out those damned bio-weapons." Caelum hisses. From behind though, just before they would have gotten the two X weapons, the rest of Team Alphanumeric attacks taking the men down. MathWiz grabs one and starts aggressively interrogating him.
"Where are they hiding?" he growls.
"I won't tell you...," the Root officer snarls.
"Oh, but I believe you will, or we'll just see what this weapon will do to you!" Caelum shouts.
"They are on planet Chaar!" he shouts and Caelum smacks the back of his head and he falls to the concrete.
"Planet Chaar?" WordGirl asks as the Root members disappear.
"It's a burnt out hulk of a world near the border of Decimalian territory." Caelum answers. "C'mon, maybe Tubing can figure this weapon out."

"Insidious...,this chemical is insidious, and a work of genius too." Tubing explains. "Look what happens when I introduce it to the X weapon blood sample." he states and the four super heroes and on e monkey watch in horror as the chemical breaks down the genetic code. "I also tested it with a sample of your blood, MathWiz, and the results are slower, but the same thing happens. Since they haven't gotten an injection delivery system for this, it needs to be breathed in. So, here you go." he says and hands the three X weapons specialized masks. "Those should be able to protect you three. To be safe I tested it on a sample of WordGirl's blood and Carina's blood, but they don't seem to be affected by the chemical at all."
"Well, boys and girls, I think we ought to take a little trip to Chaar." Caelum states and the other three nod in agreement.

"There it is, planet Chaar." Caelum states.
"Not much of a planet is it?" Becky asks.
"Too much volcanic activity has burnt out the planet." Emma explains.
"Masks on...,let's go." Tim states. Becky had one on as well as the two heroes were in the black versions of their costumes. Caelum and Emma wore their Decimalian body armor. the four vanish in a flash of light and Huggy waits on them to return.

"They continue to fail in taking the X weapons!" the leader shouts. "We must...,"
"Give up before I decide to rip your head off." Caelum growls.
"Well, you delivered yourselves to us...,get'em!" he shouts through a speaker and hundreds of Root soldiers pour into the room.
"Oh I was hoping you'd do that." Caelum says cracking his knuckles and the four start brawling. Due to the numbers involved, the Root was forced to use hand to hand, which played to the four's strength. Tim and Becky were back to back fighting off soldier after soldier. Caelum and Emma had done the same and the four were carving their way through the men.
"Get them!" the leader of the root shouts. Unfortunately, the Root's fighters weren't as well trained as those that were apart of the main military of Decimal. In a matter of fifteen minutes, the Root was laying on the ground and the four were advancing onto the leaders of the Root. The cowards start to run, but Caelum and Emma were two fast and block their escape.

"We must find the Root. If they are left un-check they will try to covertly overthrow the military." the head admiral states.
"We've been looking for them, but it seems that they hiding in a whole that we can't find yet." a second admiral states. Then, a transporter beam deposits four standing figures and the entirety of the Root's inner circle.
"Miss me?" Caelum asks smirking. he stands at attention along with Emma.
"Fleet commander Caelum...,you're responsible for this?" the head admiral asks.
"I had help, but I was apart of the assault team you see before you." Caelum answers promptly. The admiralty couldn't believe that Princess Zaniah was standing on Decimalian ground.
"Caelum...,I hereby promote you to the position of ambassador to Earth. I want you to stay their and monitor that world's progress. Let us and Lexicon know when they are capable of faster than light travel."
"Yes sir." Caelum smirks. Earth was more of a home to him now. He would be glad to stay there. 'Maybe I have grown up.' he muses.
"Security, escort these prisoners to their new home." the head admiral states and security officers take away the Root's inner circle.
"You said both Decimal and Lexicon, has there been a change since I last was on my home world?" Becky asks.
"There has been. Decimalian and Lexicon, about 3 Earth months ago, entered into a permanent alliance. With the new treaty, there will be no more aggressive actions taken between our two worlds. We have now taken it upon ourselves to make sure that the Galactic Consortium won't swallow us up." the head admiral states. "Now, dismissed!" he shouts at Caelum and the four vanish in the light of a transporter.
