MaxJ1800: That sucks. I thought all the PBS stations showed it at 4:30 PM. I guess it's just ours. This is the end of this season so any suggestions will be appreciated.

"No, this can't be happening," Becky quietly whispers as tears threaten to fall.
"I'm afraid it is. Since your identity isn't known, you might be able to stay out of jail, but Caelum and Emma are the most threatened. The problem is if they go through the adoption records of both you and Tim. Especially Tim because of the mysterious way Claire took him in which would cause problems for your boyfriend."
"Why? Why are they doing this?"
"Fear perhaps. some out there believe that we were the only ones to exist in the universe. If the entire planet were to know that there were not alone, society would change drastically. That change might scare people to the point to wanting to do this." her mother explains. A knock at the door stops her and she goes over to answer it. She sees a detective and several cops standing on her front stoop.
"Do you know the whereabouts of Caelum Drakesford and Emma Botsford?" the detective asks.
"No, I've only been up for fifteen minutes. why?" she asks.
"we have a warrant for their arrest mayor. If you are lying...," the detective starts but the mayor cuts him off.
"I know the consequences of obstruction of justice, detective, but you know that charges are trumped." Sally states.
"We're doing only as the district attorney's office is telling us to do." the detective states. "I suggest you inform them that if they come back here that a couple of the boys in blue shall arrest them."
"I'll make sure to pass that word to them, detective." she says evenly. The door shuts and Mrs. Botsford leans against the door. Hopefully she could try and persuade the district attorney not to do this.

"They are in that lab." the leader of the Cubed Root strike team states. The others go to try and break down the door, but the roaring of rocket engines stop them.
"I wouldn't go in there if I were you." Tobey says scoldingly. "Unless you think you can handle professor Tubing's defenses. Besides, you've got a perfectly good opponent standing before you."
"Damn it, one of the humans is helping them. switch out bio-weapons for traditional energy blasters." the leader states but Tobey starts firing his own weapons before they could get themselves armed.
"I might be on the right side now, but I'm no fool." Tobey states as the Decimalians scatter.

"I've gone through all the records I could find on Tim Drakesfords. Until sixteen years ago, he didn't exist. We could say that the adoption was illegal due to Claire Drakesford not going through the proper channels." the assistant to the district attorney states.
"Good, I'll file a motion with the court. Check into the mayor's eldest daughter. I believe that we might have a couple of suspects in WordGirl and MathWiz identities." the district attorney states and heads into his office.

"Well, at least the kid can knock our kind around." Caelum states watching the battle on a monitor.
"Yeah, we're stuck at the lab Apparently the Root is after us again. I know, the law has made Caelum and Emma fugitives." MathWiz says over the phone to Becky. "I guess the only thing to do is to ask professor Tubing if he would let them stay here. The police wouldn't come here due to his paranoia. I'll fly under the cover of darkness tonight. I love you too. We'll get through this." MathWiz finishes and hangs up.

"Ha! My metal armor can't be damaged by WordGirl's strongest punch. Your energy weapons will just bounce off of it." Tobey gloats. "Now, let's turn up the heat shall we?" and with that, Tobey activates the new flame throw weapons.
"Damn it! Retreat back to the ship!" the leader states and the Root members leave quickly.

A team meeting was being held without Caelum and Emma being personally there at the house. Violet and Tobey were there as well as all the dirty issues of the day were coming to light.
"The latest development is now I and your mother, Becky, must defend our adoption claims to you and Tim. Fortunately, we're both lawyers and are quickly taking a crash course on adoption law. I think they are trying to find out who WordGirl and MathWiz are by putting pressure on those that are closest to Caelum and Emma." Claire explains.
"Tobey, you know what this means. You'll have to be the protector of this city until this all blows over." Becky states.
"It would my honor." Tobey states.
"Becky Tim, we've got a hearing to get all of this dismissed. Get some sleep." Sally states and the two head upstairs.

"Ms. Drakesford, Mrs. Botsford, the state does bring up points. You didn't follow procedure in adopting this two." the judge states.
"Your honor," Claire begins, "the only reason that the state is doing is is to help the district attorney's office find out who WordGirl and MathWiz are."
"Hmmm, that is a good possibility, but I'm going to need more details on how they were found. We're will have a hearing on whether or not the adoptions were legal next Monday. This court is adjourned." the judge bangs his gavel. Claire inwardly sighs. Things were about to get complicated.

Mr. Big looks up in glee at the monstrosity that was going up on the roof of his building. The radio tower would broadcast the lust ray's effect across not just the city, but the whole county.
'Soon, the city will have to fall to me if they want to stop having sex....,maahahahaha!' Mr. Big muses to himself. 'If only I had a satellite to bounce off the lust waves I could take the entire world, but first, the city.'
