MaxJ1800: The X-Men reference was a nudge towards the 'Friends of Humanity' group ran by Creed...,Sabertooth's son. If you watched the King of the Hill episode where Peggy's mother was about to lose the farm...,that's the attitude I was going for Miranda, but if I should change it then I will.

It was as if Tobey had been roaming the desert for forty years and had finally come to the promise land. The young genius falls joyously onto the room's couch and begins to laugh euphorically.
"Finally! Civilization!" Tobey dramatically states. "I don't know why we come here in the first place." he adds and Becky snickers.
"I knew the boy couldn't handle the great outdoors much too longer." Caelum states as he and Tim carry over half of the luggage while the three adults had the other half.
"Alright you kids, why don't the lot of you go to the pool while the adults talk about getting some dinner." Sally states and in ten minutes, six teens, one monkey, and a little girl rush back out the door.
"You were right, honey. We couldn't end the trip on such a sour note." Tim Botsford states.
"While my son doesn't have to deal with his grandmother, I'm going to try and repair any damages I made with my mother, but not now. If I can just sit that stubborn woman down...," Claire states and starts thinking.
"Why was she so against you going to college?" Sally asks.
"My father's health was failing. My mother saw my leaving as a betrayal to the family even though I had told my father what I wanted to do and why." Claire says reminiscing.
"So, I take your father was all for it then?" Sally asks.
"Yes." Claire answers.
"Hey, pizza? We won't even have to go too far to get it." Mr. Botsford states.
"Better make sure you order enough and don't let them be stingy with the bread sticks." Sally states.
"I shall bring back a mountain of them if I must." he states smiling and heads out the door.

"Canon ball!" Caelum shouts and dives into the pool.
"Silly boy, this is how you do it." Emma states and silently dives in as well, almost drowning Caelum from the displaced water.
"Trying to drown me woman?" Caelum asks and grabs Emma and dunks her. She gets out of his grabs and the two begin a private splash war.
"Ok you, stay in the shallow end near Huggy and keep away from your aunt and uncle." Becky states.
"But they are having fun. Why can't I splash them?" Carina asks.
"Cause you still don't know your own strength little one." Tim says and Carina and Huggy get into the water.
"Tim...,I'm getting a desire to escalate their little war." Becky says grinning.
"Then, let's go give the X weapons a splash war they'll never forget." Tim states and two jump in and swim over to the pair of warring X weapons and Team Alphanumeric dunks Team X weapon.
"Alright...," Caelum states spitting out water, "get them!" Caelum shouts and the two couples begin an epic splash fight.
"So immature." Tobey states shaking his head.
"It might be immature," Violet begins with a knowing smirk, "But it's fun!" she shouts and splashes Tobey. The wars and then later swimming races go on for at least half an hour before the kids hear Sally call to them.
"Kids! Dinner! Pizza!" Sally shouts.
"Pizza!" all of them cry out and the group quickly exit the pool, dry off, and run back to the hotel room faster than they had run to the pool to begin with.

The sounds of food and drink being consumed fills the hotel suite. Already, two pizza boxes were empty and the third was being relieved of it's contents. While Tobey and Violet didn't need as much, there were still four super heroes and a monkey that needed more food than a human did. Plus, one had to take into account the bottomless pit known as Huggy.
"Ah, this is good...," Caelum states after taking a bit of his stuff crust pizza.
"So dad, what is the plan?" Becky asks making sure that Carina didn't turn the bread stick she was eating on into a toy.
"Tomorrow, we're going to the beach and then the next day we'll go to Daytona Lagoon and fireworks show that night." her father says refilling his glass with one of the cold two liter bottles of soda.
"Water park? Oooh, more slides." Caelum states smirking. Emma rolls her eyes at her thrill seeking boyfriend.
"That's right, the Fourth is a couple of days away. Wonder if the fireworks are prettier down here?" Violet asks.
"At the least they'll be louder and more numerous." Tim states snatching another slice before Caelum could grab it. Becky's foot runs up and his calf rewarding him for using a good word.

Becky sighs in pleasure as Tim applies the sunscreen to her back. He kneels down and starts applying it to the back of her legs. As he stands back up, he gives Becky's ass a playful smack. In retaliation, she pinches his own ass.
Mama, daddy, can we get to the beach now?" Carina complains. She had been standing watching her parents be affectionate to each other patiently, but as well behaved as she was, she didn't want to stand in her swim suit in a changing room watching her parents play.
"I think we've kept you waiting long enough." Tim states and slides the shades over his glasses and with Carina on his shoulders, Tim and Becky leave the changing facility.

"Your boyfriend is going to get himself killed one day." Claire says to Emma as they watch Caelum surfing.
"I think he's become a thrill seeker." Emma states and smirks as a large wave swallows him up and deposits him onto the wet sand.
"Had fun?" Emma teases after coming over to him.
"So I lost my balance. I'm getting the hang of it though." He says with a smirk of his own. Out of the corner of his eye though, he could see several teenage girls eyeing him and pointing. He inwardly sigh knowing that he was being ogled. Emma sees what he had caught and decides to mark her territory again by grabbing him and shoving her tongue down his throat.

"Becky and Tim sit together sharing a very large ice cream cone. Carina lays curled up under the umbrella. They each hold the cone with a hand. Huggy had devoured his, but unfortunately, the poor monkey now was trying to get over a brain freeze.
"Poor thing is tuckered out." Tim says licking not only the cone but Becky's tongue as well. She giggles at their game of tongue war on the cone. then, their super hearing picks up Caelum and someone arguing. Finishing the cone, the two get up and head over. They see several large guys near Caelum looking like Caelum had done something.
"Look, you little punk, just keep you and your blond hair way from our girls." the apparent leader or spokesmen states.
"Look, we're not here to fight over a piece of worthless sand. Besides, I won't be here in two days." Caelum states. This seems to anger the group further.
"A fucking tourist huh?" a second growls.
"Kiss your girl with that filthy mouth?" Caelum taunts. He knew he shouldn't provoke them, but their stupidity couldn't go un-insulted.
"Then I guess we'll have to shut you up." the first states.
"A fight?" Caelum asks wondering if he could take them down without using too much of his strength.
"Nah, the cops would be all over us in a second. there's a volley ball meet that way. If you can find enough players to player against us then show up." the second states.
"Fine, but unlike you I don't need five others, I just need three." Caelum states as Emma, Becky, and Tim come over to stand with their friend.
"You think you have a chance with two girls on your side?" a third chuckles.
"Look, you muscle bound meat heads, I led my school to it's first ever state girls' basketball championship. I think I can help beat you in a game of Volley ball." Becky states.

The six had the match under their control, but the moment that Caelum's team the pace up, the six on the other side were quickly needing a Gatorade break. Huggy, playing the part of the ref, was enjoying this princess and her friends wiping the floor with the six and they weren't really having to use any 'advantages'. The game's moment stayed on Caelum's side the moment Becky had spiked the ball and hit one of their opponents in the face. The next five minutes saw point after point scored until they reached 25.
"You guys want more?" Caelum taunts.
"No...,way...," one gasps out.
"C'mon, we...,better...,go...,find...,a...,gallon...,of...something to...,drink!" a second pants out and the guys retreat. The rest of the day was uneventful and afterwards, the families returned to the hotel room to have a large order of takeout Chinese food.
