Anon reviewer: I know, I've kept with the action and more action thing for quite some time now. 104 will probably calm things down before season 09 starts up. Only around 5% of this fic is song lyrics, and I doubt I've got another coming. I'm guessing you read this whole thing in one sitting or have you just been reading and not reviewing up until this point?

'I can't have them wearing me down like that again!' Chaos rants in his head. 'Fire and Ice have probably figured that if the two of them along with those infantile heroes can drain my jewel then they can beat me. I guess I'll just have to wear them out first.'

The two were breathing hard as they continue to train with Fire and Ice. Sweat runs down their faces as they try and figure out a new strategy. Why did Fire and Ice work so well as a team? They seemed to know each other's moves extremely well. This brought into question Team Alphanumeric's own teamwork abilities. At the heart of their battle strategies, the two were vastly different. MathWiz would use his reflectors against opponents like MinusMan and anyone who would use energy blasts. On the other hand, WordGirl had always either dodged the villain's attacks when she was ready for them, and then her and Huggy would take the would be criminal down. MathWiz also liked to make preemptive strikes when he thought necessary. He would even go so far as to steel something from Mr. Big. WordGirl loved him dearly, but did she still not fully trust him like Ice and Fire trusted each other? Was her other half's aggressiveness towards the criminals in the city still making her a little weary of him? These thoughts flash through the Lexiconian's mind at a rapid pace. Before either side could make a move, around five hundred of the skeleton creatures surround them.
"You've got to be kidding me...,where did he...,crap!" Fire rants realizing where Chaos might have gotten his supply of skeleton zombies.
"Can you two still fight?" Ice asks The two look at each other. The golden glow was still about them, but it was as prevalent. They both new that efficiency would be the key to winning this one. The two heroes get back to back and give challenging stares to their several hundred opponents.
"They certainly are ready." Ice comments.
"Yeah, alright, you undead freaks! Let's see how much heat you can handle!" Fire states and the bedlam begins.

"I'm beginning to believe that those fools that dare call themselves criminals have crawled into a hole and are staying until Chaos blows over." Caelum complains as he and Emma walk the streets of the city.
"Human villains are such cowards." Emma comments. Then all around the pair, a hundred or so of the skeleton creatures appear.
"Oh, you just made my day." Caelum quips smirking. The two Decimalian get into fighting stances and the second melee starts.

A couple sits on a park bench sharing one extremely large ice cream cone. Tobey and Violet sigh contentedly. Like the other members of Team Alphanumeric, they too are surrounded by the skeleton soldiers of Chaos. Violet scoots closer to Tobey. Tobey wasn't nervous in the least. In fact, he had an arrogant smirk on his face. He pulls out the remote and pushes a few buttons.
"There's no need to get worked up, precious, just keep eating the ice cream." Tobey states calmly and confidently. Violet couldn't understand why he was so confident until she heard a loud whooshing sound and the sound of weapons' fire. In about fifteen seconds, all the skeletons were vaporized. Violet then notices Tobey's war machine landing and the hatch opening.
"How...,what...,?" Violet asks perplexed.
"After the last time I was caught off guard I put in an automatic attack program into this thing. Now, c'mon, the others are probably going to need our help.

"You're enjoying yourself!" Emma loudly comments thrashing a skeleton warrior.
"I enjoy the smell of combat." Caelum states. "Melee combat was my specialty, or that what the Root said." Caelum quips taking out another five fighters.
"Even we can't take out this many!" Emma states.
"I know! It makes me wonder if our friends are in trouble." Caelum retorts.
"Friends? You called them 'our friends'?!" Emma teases.
"Slip of the tongue!" Caelum replies.
"Just what should we do about these things...,more are appearing faster than we can take them down!" Emma states. Then, the two hear the sound of rocket engines and then the sound of weapons' fire and Caelum and Emma stand with no skeletons near them.
"Tobey?" Caelum asks.
"And just who else would show up in a war machine to save your hides?" Tobey teases.
"Oh behave you," Violet giggles out.
"Alright, let's go see if those four pig headed heroes need our help." Caelum states and the two X weapons and one war machine take to the skies.

'Well now, looks like that golden glow has its limits as well.' Chaos muses watching the main battle only. He didn't care about these heroes' supporting cast as he liked to call them. 'It's those necklaces. It increases their abilities to a point in which they can stand up against myself and Fire and Ice. If I destroy them, I might be able to finished them.' He then smirks seeing WordGirl and MathWiz passing out after the golden glow completely fades. "I've got them now!" Chaos shouts and teleports down to the Earth.

"Shit! They're down!" Fire shouts.
"Then...," Ice begins but Chaos teleports into the fray right near WordGirl and MathWiz.
"Now, you two...,ahhh!" Chaos shouts feeling his arms being grabbed and he being lifted off the ground.
"Care to fight us?" Caelum taunts. Tobey's war machine whizzes passed and annihilates Chaos's remaining forces that he had sent.
"Damn you!" Chaos shouts.
"What's wrong? Don't like hanging around?" Fire taunts Chaos growls and teleports away. Caelum and Emma get back to the ground and lift Becky and Tim up.
"They're completely exhausted." Emma states.
"They did good in doing what they were able to do to those skull heads." Caelum comments and the two lift into the air along with Fire and Ice and the four head on for Tubing's lab.

'Arg! I was so close! Next time, you won't be so lucky.' Chaos rants. He would finish them once and for all.
