Holy crap. I really don't know what possessed me to read Disney fanfic tonight, but I'm damn sure glad I did. This fic is utterly astounding. The pace is lyrical, the imagery richly detailed, and the characterization is believable and engaging. I'm pretty much stunned and hooked. Amazing story! Can't wait to read more!

I hope you'll keep writing this story and don't get lost in some trivial thingie called everyday life ^.~ It's sad that there are so few other Mulan-fics here.
A little bit of constructive criticism: Sometimes the dialog sounds a bit too American, I don't say I'm anything of an expert of how Asian people adress or talk to each other but still...
Otherwise I loved it ^^

Oooo I like this story. I'm really hoping you will continue it and if needs be write how he reacts once he realizes the soldier who took down his army was the girl who he saved (and saved him). I await the next installment (chapter five or six... whichever number your at) eagerly.
