Unexpected
Author's Note: As I said in the description, I have no clue where this will go. I saw that there wasn't any F/F SWAT Kats fics and immediately thought, "I know what I'm going to do today!". I have to admit that I've only ever watched SKs in passing. I usually turn it on as background while I'm doing other things. So, I am deeply sorry if I screw up some important aspect of the show. I would really like to get feedback on this story, so please rate and review. Thanks everyone!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I am Lieutenant Felina Feral, I am the niece of the well known Commander Ulysses Feral. I've been under my uncle's command for a month or so now, without many complaints. Except that he can be an utter hard headed jackass at times. Here in Megakat City we have a couple of fellows who go by the names of T-Bone and Razor. They call themselves the SWAT Kats. They fight crime in this big city. As does my uncle's team, the Enforcers. We fight for a common goal, yet he insists that the SKs are our enemy. Men can be so stubborn. Which leads to something else you should know, I am a lesbian. Not just that, but I have a rather large crush on the deputy mayor of Megakat City. Her name is Calico Briggs, and she is the smartest and most beautiful woman I have ever met. She is the real brains behind major Manx. The word "crush" may seem immature to you, but to me, it fits perfectly. When I see her I lose it. My mouth wants to spew words, and I fight against the stupid things that my brain is stating. I always manage to keep my calm exterior around her, but inside I'm in complete chaos. I know many women and girls who admire me for being a woman in my field, for being the best pilot of the Enforcers, for being brave. If those women and girls could see how senselessly nervous I become when I try to talk to the beautiful Callie Briggs, they would totally abandon their admiration for me. Yes, it's that bad. As I am talking in my head to no one in particular, I'm walking from my uncle's office to the elevator, my next stop being a few floors above to the mayor's office with a letter from Commander Feral. Chances are, I'll see Callie. I am so excited yet scared witless. It's such a terribly exhilarating feeling. I enter the elevator and see that the 30th floor button is already lit up before I realize who is in the elevator with me. The mouth watering smell of her vanilla perfume hits me at the same time that I hear her flawless voice. "Good evening Lieutenant Feral", Callie Briggs says with a warm smile that makes my heart leap. God, she is so gorgeous. I struggle of a second as I try to calm my brain down. Hoping she doesn't notice my pause, I finally smile back and respond, "Good evening to you too, Mrs. Briggs." "Oh, how many times to I have to tell you, Lieutenant, call my Callie, please." She says, still smiling. "Okay then, Callie. As long as you call me Felina." I say, smiling back. She nods and raises an eyebrow, "What are you doing around here, Felina? Don't you usually stay on the 28th floor where Commander Feral's office is?" I giggle lightly (not a girlish giggle,but a deep in your throat giggle. It's something I do when I'm trying my best to be charming), "Usually, but today the commander wanted me to deliver a letter to mayor Manx before I headed home for the day." I said. "Oh I see. Well you can just follow me there then." I nodded and followed her out of the elevator. I walked slightly behind her, and watched as those tantalizing hips swayed back and forth. I knew I was blushing and I am so thankful that my fur hid it. As we reached the door, Callie opened it and announced my presence, "Lieutenant Felina Feral is here with a message from Commander Feral, Mayor." Damn, do I ever love to hear my name spoken from those lips. "Alright." He said looking up. I wordlessly placed the letter in his hands, and turned to walk out the door. I was almost there when Callie touched my arm to get my attention. I honestly could have fainted then. That's right, this big bad kitty cat could have fainted with simply a touch from the lovely Callie Briggs. I turned toward her, "Yes?" I asked. Even though my legs wanted to buckle and my brain wanted to explode. I have no idea how I managed to stay so cool and collected. "I have another hour before I'm off duty, but if you don't have anything planned, I would really like to get to know you. I know a really nice cafe a few blocks away." Callie said, then gave me a smile that melted my heart. The fuck?!?!?! This is totally unexpected. I'm not prepared for this shit man!!!! On the inside I was in surprised turmoil. But I just smiled at her and said, "That sounds nice. I'll meet you in the food court." I then exited the office and closed the door behind me. I walked to the staircase, hoping that I could burn time and my nervousness by walking slowly to the 2nd floor where the food court was.
