Max Jordan: I was concerned I had done that a little too quickly. Yeah, even though Carina's half Lexiconian Arrianna could talk in circles around Carina with tech-speak.

The group sit in the living room. It appeared that they had been through a battle of biblical proportions, which they had. Chaos was proving to be more of an annoyance than the last time.
"Huggy," Becky begins and the monkey turns to her. "Listen, I need you to go to Mars and keep an eye on Carina and Arrianna. You're outclassed here, but your experience might be more useful on Mars." Huggy gives a thumbs up and heads out. 'Don't get in too deep you two, we can't come running again if you're caught.'

"We've almost been caught several times in here." Carina states.
"Yes, it's become glaringly obvious that we need a hideout away from our dorm room." We can't possible fight crime here."
"Yeah, but what do we...," Carina begins but a knock on the door stops her. Arrianna answers it to find Huggy standing there.
"Huggy!" Carina cries and hugs the monkey. "What are you doing here?" she asks and the monkey makes sounds that Arrianna couldn't translate.
"What did he say?" Arrianna asked.
""Mom sent him. Hey Huggy, we need a hideout, got any suggestions?"

The two girls and one monkey start clearing out land that was halfway between the two colonies, but it couldn't be detected by either one of them. Once the land was cleared Huggy says something to Carina.
"Building materials...," Carina says scratching her chin in thought.
"I believe there was a lot of unused building material in the surplus yard in the Lexicon Decimal colony." Arrianna states.
"Right! Be back in a flash!" she shouts and takes off. Arrianna and Huggy begin drawing up blueprints. In about fifteen minutes, Carina came back with what appeared to Arrianna to be over have the surplus materials in her hands. Carina drops it and dusts herself off.
"That enough?" she asks and the pair sweat hoping no one saw Carina fly that much stuff away from the colony.

"While we must put trust in Zaniah's daughter and her partner, our governments are quite concerned with the current states of affairs in that solar system." a Decimalian government representative says.
"Lexicon is in agreement with Decimal's concerns. Our citizens could possible be in danger. Those are civilians, not soldiers from the war." the Lexiconian representative adds.
"Gentlemen, I share your concerns. This is a civilian colony that wouldn't handle an attack that these humans could possible mount." the colony governor states.
"If things get out of hand, we may have to send our forces to secure our people and draw a plan to take the human colony." the Decimalian states.
"Protecting our colony yes, but taking the human colony over won't go over well with our princess." the Lexiconian states.
"We must prepare for the worst case scenario." the Decimalian states.
"I shall keep you both informed of the situation." the governor says and the screen goes dark. He rubs his eyes becoming quite stressed from the lack of sleep.

"This place is so cool!" Carina celebrates.
"Now, I can start my own lab and if things get really out of hand we can sleep here instead of back at the colony." Arrianna states. The hideout for Team Alphanumeric was a combination of science lab, living quarters, and a place for Huggy to continue his training of Arrianna.
"Are going to the human colony?" Carina asks and Arrianna looks at the clock.
"I believe we've got time for a sweep or two." she states. The two get into their costumes and with Huggy in her arms, ScholasticGirl and ShadowStriker take to the skies through the skylight.

"We must stop those runts from stopping our shipment of weapons. Our boys won't be able to fight back on Earth if those heroes keep blocking our shipments." Big Daddy says slamming his fist onto the desk. He now had taking up residence in the building his son had built.
"ShadowStriker, Arrianna, is the weaker of the two. Disable her devices and she is nothing." Carson, Tobey's dad, states pulling out another rifle weapon.
"What is that?"
"This rifle will magnetize any metal Arrianna is wearing. She'll stick to any metal surface and our boys can finish her off." he explains with a sadistic smirk.
"Hmmm, you think she could be made into some sort of amusement for our men?"
"Hmmm, she is human, so I doubt they wouldn't object to having a little fun with her." Carson says smiling.
"Good, start mass producing that thing right away."

"Alright, I thought this night would be boring." ScholasticGirl states as the two girls and one monkey encountered a group of thugs. The trio was winning until one of them pulls out a strange weapon and fires at Arrianna. she uses the reflectors, but that was a mistake for they become magnetized and she goes flying and finds herself sticking to a metal wall.
"Grab the bitch! She'll be fun for us tonight!" one shouts.
"Oh no you don't!" ScholasticGirl states and seems to slip into her father's infamous super soldier mode. Huggy, seeing one of those strange weapons grabs one and studies it for a moment. Seeing how it worked, he fires it again at Arrianna and she falls off the wall.
"Let's go!" ShadowStriker shouts and the three leave.

"Amazing...,this is simply amazing, and frightening." Arrianna states. "If you hadn't gotten this rifle away from them...," she says and shutters.
"You ok?" Carina asks.
"Be lucky you're Lexiconian and Decimalian. The find you repulsing to look at."
"You think there's some anti-alien sentiment in that group?" Carina asks.
"Most definitely. Now, I've got to find a way to counter this thing or I'm going to be completely useless." Arrianna states. Huggy sighs to himself, Carina's super soldier mode was watered down from the Lexiconian blood, but if they weren't careful, that X weapon code could become more dominate and they would have to find a mate for Carina. Becky would kill him for thinking that, but if Becky could calm Tim, then surely there was someone on this planet of Carina, right?
