The Mordhaus Metal Maid

It was early evening deep within the cold, stone walls of Mordhaus. All seemed eerily quiet, I had just finished serving Nathan his dinner and was sitting quietly at his feet. I had already eaten so I waited patiently for him to finish, leaning against his leg. I suddenly heard his Dethphone go off, making Nathan roar out furiously, "Goddamnit!!! Can't I even fuckin....eat?!?! Urgh!!!" He angrily pulled out his Dethphone and flipped it open to roar out in irritation, "WHAT?!?!" He then looked down at me, "Yeah...she is...yeah...she can go with ya....ya better be...pickin her up from here...yeah...ya know my...fuckin rules...Understand?? Good, be fuckin...quick about it then....whatever..later."
He snapped his Dethphone shut and glanced back down at me,"Meh, one of your...friends or whatever...called me...at least...this one fuckin....was more..uhh...respectful to ask...to take ya out...whatever...go get ready then, MM...Got it??" I slowly got up from the floor with Nathan's help, "Yes, my lord!"

He then gave me a quick hug and kiss before gently pushing me towards my room, "Go on then....remember to grab your...keys,Dethphone...uhh...that kinda shit...I'll watch the goddamn door." With that, I went into my room to change. This time, my Dethphone was the one to go off. I quickly snatched it up from my dresser before Nathan heard it. I quickly pressed the call button, "Hello?" I heard a deep chuckle on the other line,"Hey, MM! It's Tick.." I giggled happily, "Hey! What's up?" He chuckled darkly again, "Did your lord get my phone call? Cause I gotta come getcha for this!!" I sighed out, "So you're the one that called him....ya, he got your call then. You're gonna come get me? What'd ya do this time??" He laughed out loudly, "Heh, this is gonna be revenge on Grim for filling CFO's closet with lamps and making it impossible for me to be able to stay there while my room was being renovated! Ya gotta check this out...I'll be there in a bit,heh, we're makin a trip to Grim's room, AHAHAHA!!!" I face-palmed, knowing this was gonna result in mass dethchaos and dethdestruction. Seeing as Tick and Grim's rivalry was almost being considered for legendary status here among the Gears at Mordhaus. I still giggled out anyway,"I can't fuckin wait,Tick! I'll see ya in a bit then!" With that,we both hung up and I finished getting ready, making sure to grab the things I needed to take.

I came out of my room just in time to hear a knock at Nathan's door. Nathan got up from sitting on his bed and irritably flung the door open. I saw Tick hovering in the doorway, giving an anxious bow to Nathan, "My lord...I am here to pick up MM as I respectfully requested?" Nathan grunted, "And where the fuck...are ya takin her??" Tick visibly gulped, "Um...just to the...Klokateer's Quarters...to...hang with the rest of us...my lord..." I almost face-palmed again, Tick can be such a horrible liar sometimes. Nathan just narrowed his eyes at Tick before growling roughly, "Whatever...just fuckin...watch her....or ya...there will be...uhh...hell to pay. Got it???" Tick nodded nervously and saluted, "Yes, my lord!" Nathan snorted with contempt,"Heh...whatever...go on, MM...have...uhh...fun and shit...be good, understand??" I nodded and saluted, "Yes, my lord!! I'll be good!! Byebye!" With that, Nathan gave me another hug and a kiss to my forehead while throwing Tick a stern glare in warning, teeth bared dangerously at him. Tick bowed low again and started walking away quickly with me in tow, silently giggling.

As we made our way towards the Klokateer's Quarters, Tick suddenly stopped and turned to face me, "Okay, here's the plan...with all the leftover sand I had from the renovation with the sand-scape in my room, I put the rest in Grim's room while he was out on patrol duty." I face-palmed while Tick laughed out manically,"So, now his room is soooo over-filled with sand that it's gonna spill over into the fucking hallway as soon as he opens the door!! Hopefully, the bastard will get buried too!! AHAHAHAHA!!! I am SOOOO awesome!!" I laughed out again, "Good one, Tick! This is gonna be fuckin good!" Tick again giggled out manically, "Hellsya...it is! Let's go then!" I shook my head at Tick's insanity nonetheless amused by his cuteness and we continued down the corridors to the Klokateer's Quarters.

Halfway to Grim's room, we were met by CD and HeLena. Tick quickly explained his prank to them and they eagerly joined us to watch the dethmayhem unfold. We soon approached the cross corridors near Grim's room and Tick stopped us, "Okay, let's hide in this alcove here, cause I can see him coming already." We quickly ducked into the aforementioned alcove and I tried to lean out to peek, but Tick pulled me back against him, muttering softly, "Don't let him...see you, MM...just stay here..k?" I nodded wordlessly and we waited. Soon, we heard the sounds of sand rushing everywhere, followed by a muffled scream of hatred and rage, "TIIICK!!!! YOUSONUVABITCH!!!!!"

Tick emerged from the alcove, laughing out manically, "HAHAHAHAHA!!! YOUR ENTIRE ROOM IS FILLED WITH SAND!!!! You can't even fucking get in there!!!! Revenge for the lamps, motherfucker!!! AHAHAHAHA!!! Gotcha, Grimmypants!!!" The rest of us emerged laughing as we watched Grim struggle out from the giant sand pile, muttering sinisterly, "Heh, another challenge has been issued, I see" Tick laughed out, "Heh, I had some leftover sand from my sand-scape renovation...sooooo I put the rest of it in your room while you were out on patrol." Grim narrowed his eyes at Tick, "So, THAT was where the request for the sand was coming in, eh?" Tick laughed out again loudly, "AHAHAHA!! I love that you saw the orders for the sand...I even made sure I ordered enough for both the sand-scape and the prank!! You probably even signed for the fucking order!!" Grim again turned to Tick, eyes gleaming red now, "Heh, well...I've already got something in mind to do about that. It will make you feel like this was amateur work done." Tick glared back at Grim indigently,"YOU call that.." He pointed at the giant sand pile in the middle of the hallway, "Amateur work????? I brilliantly held off on signing the form until I knew CD would give me enough budget money for the sand to actually pull the prank off!!! I call that BRILLIANT!!" Grim just smirked back wickedly, "Hope you get a good night's sleep then..." He trailed off, eyes still glowing red with hatred, "Now, if you excuse me...I got a plan to set in motion.." With that, Grim bared his teeth in an manically smile and walked away, flipping Tick off as he passed by on his way back down the corridor.

CD just smirked at Grim's passing, rubbing his hands together, "I love it when a plan comes together!" Me and HeLena both face-palmed as she muttered out, "And so it begins....again.' Tick laughed out manically, "And YES, yes, Hel...it has begun....AGAIN!!" CD suddenly turned back to Tick, looking sheepish, "Um...there was one flaw in your plan, Tick. I'm a bass tech. I don't have any money for sand...just a small purchasing authority for lamp. But, yes, you may, however, thank me for the scream activated lighting now in your room too..." He trailed off, pulling out a dark red credit card from his back pocket, "Err...I guess I should give you your corporate card back now, huh, Tick??" Tick blinked in surprised horror and frantically checked his pockets, yelling out shrilly, "You motherfucker!!!! When did you nick my goddamn CARD?!??!" With that, he angrily snatched the card back from CD, continuing to yell obscenities at him at the top of his lungs.

Me and HeLena shook our heads at each other as she muttered out, "This is yours to handle, MM. My 'speriments need feeding. See ya later!" With that, she brushed past CD and Tick, who were still arguing furiously with each other, to go down the opposite corridor. I shook my head again in dark amusement as we made our way down the corridors to check out Tick's newly remodeled room, still hearing the heated argument behind me.
