'Damn...Energy...Monster!' Calceon railed in his mind as he fought the beast.  'Can't lure him to the ocean in the middle of the Industrial Distract of the city.'

The monster attacked, smashing a nearby transformer, which happened to be near a vat of chemicals.  The sparks caused an explosion...sending the monster crashing into the building, but Calceon, who had been the closest to the blast, was no where in sight.

"Ugh, what the fuck happened?"  Calceon grumbled.

"Warning, X weapon is in a different reality."

"Say what?"

"The chemical blast that the Energy Monster caused opened a whole in reality, send you to this one," the computer informed.

"Can I return?"

"Will analyze."

"Damn," he swore and rose into the air, getting the lay of the land.

"You have been a thorn in my side for the past 5 or six years...the both of you," King Chuck growled.

"And we will continue to be a thorn in your side you sandwich making fool!" Tobey roared.

"That's right!  We'll never give up fighting you!" Tow-Brains added.

"Let's get them Butcher," King Chuck growled.

"Yeah," Butcher snarled.

"Ahhhhhh!"

"Gahhhhh!" the two cried as the X weapon, with two blows, one to each of them, knocked the pair out.

"Who are you?" two-Brains asked.

"So, she wasn't lying about this reality..." Calceon remarked.  "You two want some more?" he asked the two.

"Retreat!" King chuck shouted.

"What...or who are you?" Tobey asked.

""Not here...you two have some secret hideout?"

"Yeah, follow us," Two-Brains said and the X weapon followed the pair.

"Another reality?" Two-Brains asked.  "The possibility is there..."

"Right, and you say the Becky seemed to forget what had happened when she went up against King Chuck the first time?"

"Right," Two-Brains confirmed.

"Hmmmm, body merger...her mind and the Becky that is here were merged...interesting.  Computer, do the planets Lexicon and Decimal exist in this reality?"

"Negative."

The X weapon bit his lip.

"Tobey?"

Tobey grinned at Violet.  "Hey..."

"You alright?"

"My robot is going to be out of commission for a bit," Tobey reported.

"Ok, computer, I know I can't give an underdeveloped world any technology, but does that include alternate realities?"

"Unknown...the current scenario has never happened before."

Ok..." the X weapon began to think.  "What would happen if the human Becky that's here were to be infused with Lexiconian DNA?"

"The infusion would allow her to become WordGirl."

"That's what I wanted to here," the X weapon said.

"A watch sized computer...amazing," Tobey remarked.

"Uh...this won't hurt her will it?" Violet asked.  "And...she's not like the Becky you know...she's a little too timid to be a super hero."

"No, and she'll have to find her spine.  I'm not going to stay forever and fight with you guys...I've got my own problems in my own reality to deal with," the X weapon said.

Becky sighed to herself as she quickly ran home...try8ing not to cause trouble.  For some reason, back when she was 11, the ruler of the city wanted her and had tried to capture her, but she couldn't remember what she had done to anger the sandwich making king.

"Becky Botsford."

"Huh?  Who are you and why are you wearing that strange outfit?"

"No time...computer.."

"Freeze!"

"Damn Butcher," the X weapon growled.  Becky took off, pissing the X weapon off.

"The King wishes to have a word with you," Butcher growled.

"Yeah, well, my foot wished to have a word with your gut!" Calceon hissed and kicked the Butcher, sending him across the street, hitting a statue of Chuck.

"Can't get away," the X weapon whispered and took to the skies.

she wiped the sweat from her forehead as she pressed her back into the closed door.  She didn't know why that strange boy was following her.

"Can't run when I know where you were going," Calceon said.

"How'd you...!?"

"The window," he answered with a grin.

"What do you want from e?" Becky complained.

It's time to be a hero," the X weapon began.

"I'm no hero...and I don't want to be one."

"This city is run by a criminal king!  Two-Brains and Tobey are trying to do their best to rid this place of King Chuck, but they can't do it alone anymore."

"They can't do it...it isn't worth it."

"And you don't think Violet thinks it's worth it?  There's no freedom here Becky.  It's time for someone to step up and fight the injustice that' going on here!"

"I don't have what it take to..." Becky began but the wrist device started beeping.

"Go," Calceon said.

"Chuck and Butcher are here!  We can't handle their attack for much longer!"  Two-Brains shouted.

"I'm on my way," Calceon said. "Maybe this will help you...DNA mode."

"DNA mode active," the computer said.

"This might hurt," the X weapon warned and a blast of light hit Becky, making her fall to her knees.

"That ought to give you the confidence and abilities to do what needs to be done," the X weapon said and flew out the window.

'Ugh...what did he do to me and what's happening to me? she thought as the Lexiconian DNA started re-writing her own DNA.

"You are looking winded, stranger...here, this cool ranch should cool you down," King Chuck said, but the condiment blaster was kicked out of his hand.

" I don't think so, King Chuck," Becky said, spitting out the name.

"What!?  You've never flown before!" King Chuck shouted.

The X weapon grinned, "still want to go?"

"Grrr, butcher, let's get out of here," King chuck said and the two retreated yet again.

"DNA re-sequencing completed.  Becky Botsford is now fully Lexiconian," the computer reported.

"Lexiconian?" Two-Brains, Tobey, and Violet all echoed.

"A race that doesn't exist in this reality," Calceon answered.

"Why?" Becky asked the X weapon.

"Because, I have to return to my reality and my Becky...but, I needed to leave something behind," the X weapon answered.

"Match found," the computer reported.

"Excellent...I'm off to do one more thing and then I'm going to re-create the accident that brought me here in the first place," the x weapon said and took off.

Tim Drakesford exited the school after having his AV club meeting.  He turned the corner and saw himself, but wearing a strange body suit.

"You are this reality's Tim Drakesford?"

"Yes, and why do you look like me and what do you mean this reality?"

"Sorry, but I must do this," the X weapon said and the same blast that hit Becky hit Tim.

"Listen to me, you are going to be a Decimalian.  You will go by the hero name 'Mathwiz'.  You will for a partnership with Becky who'll take the name of WordGirl.  You two will known collective as Team alphanumeric.  Your job...free this damn city," he instructed and flew off.

"Where is he!" WordGirl shouted as she pounded into the Energy Monster.  She stopped, hearing an explosion.  she turned to see the X weapon on the ground.

"Man, never doing that shit again," he said."

"Calceon!"

"I'm fine, and you are dead, Energy Monster!" he shouted, but the beast vanished into the power lines.

"Where were you?"

"Long story...how'd that meeting with Titan go?"

She sighed, "I'm basically going to be a spokesman and will help...relocate those that are in the copperhead Road District."

"great," the X weapon sarcastically remarked.  "C'mon, let's get back to your place..I'll explain everything on the way.
