Dib had grabbed Zim's leg and yanked him down on top of him, giving an "Oomph!" sound out when the Irken landed on top of him. Dib continued to laugh and say random things in his drunkeness as he pulled the Irken closer to him. After a few seconds he calmed a bit and just sighed contently to himself as he hugged Zim closer to his body. He nuzzled his face up against Zim's neck and let his eyes slip half way shut. Yawning, he began to talk to him again. "Awwww...Come on...Zimmy...You should come...come with me and Gir....to get ice-cream....relax..." But at this point he was too tired to really go out for ice-cream.
He cuddled closer to Zim as though he were some huge teddy bear and let out another yawn before closing his eyes all the way. Unconciously, he began to run his hands over Zim's antennae, making Zim shudder on top of him. Dib opened his eyes slightly again and looked at Zim's face. He leaned forward and captured Zim's lip, throwing the Irken completely off guard. Dib closed his eyes again and moaned slightly against the other's lips. He tried to deepen the kiss a bit more even though it took Zim a few moments to respond and realize what was going on.
Dib trailed his tongue over Zim's lips begging to be let in. Hesitatingly, Zim finally complied and parted his lips just enough for Dib to dart his tongue inside and captures Zim's. He wrapped it around the snake like tongue, moaning out a bit louder as he probed the alien's mouth. Zim still seemed shocked by all this and barely moved. He just let Dib take possession of his mouth and mumble out random phrases every once in a while.
Zim was shocked that the boy was kissing him so passionatley. The attention that was being paid to his yhhdahya was stirring a warmth in his sheath. He knew that the Dib was in an altered state, but the attention was getting the best of him. His eyes slipped shut as he allowed the boy to kiss him harder. His member slid from his sheath and pressed painfully against his jeans and the boys' body. He wanted nothing more than to tear the boys clothes away and release himself inside the humans body. Zim let out a loud moan as the humans hand traveled to his rock hard member.
"N-no, Dib..." Zim said weakly as he subcame to the attention. The boys mouth captured his yhhdahya, forcing him to lose all sense. Zim growled posessively as he took over the kiss, rubbing his member into the humans hand. The little part of him that remained sane made him feel a teinge of regret, but the majority screamed for him to continue. Zim used his pyddma makc to suport him a bit as he raised himself up enough to run his hands into the boys jeans and grasp his member.
Dib gasped out, his gasp quickly turning to a long lasting moan of pleasure. It felt so good to have Zim grabbing at his member again. He had almost forgotten how good sex could feel if done with the right person. Also the alcohol may have been affecting his senses significantly at the moment. He arched his back and pushed his member up against Zim's hand harder. He wanted to feel Zim's soft hands running along his shaft once again. He smiled and laughed again as his sense of feeling seemed to be multiplied at the moment, a cause of all the alcohol. He slipped his eyes half way shut again and giggled to himself quietly as he watched a bunch of shapes and colors dance all around him. His vision was horribly out of focus but he knew that it was still Zim with him. He relaxed a bit as he allowed Zim to undo his pants and pull them down his legs. Dib leaned forward again and took his antennae back into his mouth. Zim shuddered on top of him again and slowed his motions down.
He ra n his hand over Dib's hard member at a slower pace and his eyes slipped closed again. Dib wanted Zim to feel everything he was and he knew Zim's antennae were one of the most sensitive spots on his entire body. Dib smiled and nuzzled his face back up against Zim's once more, stealing another kiss from him while his eyes were closed. Dib let his hands trail back down the Irken's body before stopping right at the rim of his pants. He slipped one hand down his pants and ran his fingers delicately along the side of the long shaft to the very tip where he rubbed it unconciously for a few moments before he heard Zim let out another moan of pleasure. Dib wanted to hear Zim moan more so he brought his fingers down to the base of his member and played idly with his sheath, rubbing around it in a circular motion. Zim pushed into the feeling, rubbing his member up against Dib's hand also.
Dib finally grasped the entire length of it and began pumping it in his hand slowly at first. Zim let o ut a shuddering gasp at the feeling and brought one of his hands up to stop Dib's teasing. Dib stopped and brought his hand out of Zim's pants. Although drunk, he knew exactly what the alien wanted. He watched as Zim began to undo his own pants and dropped them down, his ready member already all the way out of his sheath and waiting for the attention it so desired.
All the attention had Zim's long buried instinctual side rearing its face. He pulled his pants free and lied back on the couch, not needing to say a word to Dib. The boy faltered as he crawled forward and grasped the Irkens' shaft. Zim let a long loud pur begin to escape his chest. The boy began to take him in his mouth, slowly and sloppily. The alcohol may have affected his judgement, but the boys skill was still above par. Zim relished in the wet heat of the boys mouth. the way the human would speed up and slow down randomly drove Zim nuts. He wanted to rip the boys head up and make him bleed out his need, but Zim knew that that particular ritual would kill the human in moments. In place of that thought Zim watched the human bobbing up and down on his hard on, fisting a hand tightly into the boys hair. He wanted this moment to last forever. His former enemy was practically begging for him, though it was a silent plea comunicated through the naughty glint in his eyes. Zim arched hard into the humans face as he released a few stringy shots of hot cum into the boys throat.
Dib happily swallowed the cum that entered his mouth down. It was sweet and left a nice taste in his mouth. He kept his mouth clamped down over Zim's member a few moments longer not wanting to miss any stray spurts that might escape a few seconds later. He was lucky he had even been able to get his mouth over Zim's shaft. He had hesitated cause he was seeing double and couldn't quite place which one was real. He managed to focus enough to find it for a few seconds and did his best to take the whole thing into his mouth before he got confused again. Once he was sure he was securly on him, he began to suck on Zim, running his tongue up and down the entire thing. He was a bit shaky but the Irken managed to steady him by holding his head still as he brought his mouth down over his length. He took as much of it in as he could before sliding it out almost all the way, just to slam his mouth back down over it.
Zim moaned out loudly a few times, enjoying every second of it. Dib gave Z im a few evil glances as he seemed to enjoy the way the alien writhed under him with each and every lick. He porposefully quickened his pace every couple of seconds, almost bringing Zim to his release but then would slow down making the Irken wait until it was absolutely impossible for him to hold it in any longer. When he finally came, Dib braced himself for the last few bucks of the Irken's hips into his mouth. Zim nearly collapsed back onto the couch as soon as he had finished shooting his seed into Dib's waiting mouth. Dib continued to tease him playfully by continuing to suck on his member even after he had finished. He finally released Zim's shaft and pulled himself up next to the Irken who lay panting on the couch. Dib wrapped his arms tightly around Zim and squeezed him slightly. He yawned once more and rested his head on the Irken's chest for a few moments just listening to their heavy breaths in the quiet room.
Zim loved how Dib came up next to him and wrapped his arms around him. It made him feel as if everything was right, as if nothing bad was ever going to happen. His after glow was almost a visible light in the room, though really it wasn't. Zim played with Dib's boxer line for a few minutes before reaching in and lightly teasing his back entrance with a finger. Zim wasn't n a sucking mood. He wanted to just grab hishuman and fuck him until he were nothing but a quivering pile of post orgasmic flesh, but he still knew better. His instincts were rampaging, but he kept them at a decent checkpoint. THis human was invaluble to him and he couldn't risk it again. He gently pressed his finger against Dib's slightly quivering hole, barely allowing his finger to linger in. The human gasped delightfully and alls Zim could do was grin like a madman. He stood up, pulling Dib up into his arms, making sure that the human didn't trip and fall. His lips began to trail kissed along Dib's swan-like neck as he pulled the boys hard pole from his pants. Zim was nervous, this wasthe first time that they were going to do this since the rape, and he didn't want to hurt the fragile human. Dib swayed in his arms and Zim held him upright, amking sure that he wouldn't fall.
Holding Dib up with his pyddma makc, Zim went down behind the teen and began to loosen and lubricate the human male. Zim loved the way the human moaned and shivered with the attention, it made him ache again. With his free hand he reached around front and started to slowly pump Dib.
Dib shuddered and gasped at the sensation of having one of Zim's long slender fingers enter his body. He closed his eyes and pushed closer up against Zim. Before he could get too comfortable though, Zim pulled away from his body for a moment just to pull Dib back up on his feet. He held the boy closely and Dib laughed out loud as he stumbled about on his feet and mumbled something about the colorful shapes dancing around him. Dib let out a long moan when Zim began to push his lips up against his neck and pull his boxers down. Zim took his ready member into his hand for a moment as he tried to steady the human. He finally released him and held him up using his spider legs and Dib just continued to laugh and coo as he swayed back and forth for a few moments longer. When Zim got down lower near Dib's entrance, he stopped his swaying and moaned out more as the Irken prepared the boy for what was going to happen next. He gasped out loud when he felt Z im reach forward for his member again and began to pump it with his hand, slowly first but then faster and faster.
Dib arched his back into the touch, trying to rub up against Zim as much as he could. After a few minutes of teasing Dib with his hand, he stood back up and with his others hand, took his own shaft to align it with Dib's entrance. Dib took a deep breath and braced himself for the upcoming penetration he knew was coming. Zim seemed to hesitate behind him for a few moments. Dib knew deep down that Zim didn't want to risk hurting him. Dib leaned his head back just enough to press his lips up against Zim's cheek in a reassuring kiss. Zim's tense body seemed to relax after receiving that kiss and he prepared to enter Dib again. He started slowly, pushing his member up inside of Dib's tight entrance very slowly until he was as far inside as he could go. Dib had let out one yelp as a tinge of pain seemed to run through his body but numb up very quickly. He relaxed quickly as he enjoyed the feeling of being full. Dib wiggled around a bit, moaning at the feeling of Zim being deep inside of him. Zim stayed that way for a little while before pulling almost all the way out and then pushing back in, the first few times slowly. He quickened his pace after a few minutes of slow thrusts and began to pump Dib's shaft in his hand once again in unision with his own thrusts.
Dib moaned and groaned with each thrust, arching his back and trying to thrust his own member into Zim's hand. His hard shaft felt as though it was throbbing in Zim's hand and all he wanted to do what come at that moment. Zim sped up more as he got closer and closer to his second relaese. He wasn't pounding Dib as hard as he had the first time they had sex but Dib was sure that was only because of his recent experience of being raped. Dib gasped for breath as sweat began to cover his body and he tried to keep up with Zim's motions. He finally felt the Irken give one last thrust before sh oo ting his seed into Dib's waiting body. Dib nearly screamed out as he felt the jet of warm cum go flowing inside of him. He thrust a few more times before coming himself in Zim's hand. A few moments passed as his release took a few seconds longer to end. When all was done, he felt Zim sliding out of him before dropping to his knees behind Dib. Dib collapsed right after Zim and fell back against Zim. They found themselves on their backs just panting for a good long time. It took a while before either of them were able to move again. Dib slowly forced himself to sit up and scoot closer to the alien. Much like he had done on the couch, he wrapped his arms back around the Irken and curled up next to Zim's chest as sleep began to overtake him. He sighed out happily before conciousness became lost to him. Before passing out, he felt the Irken wrap his own arms round Dib's back and kiss him gently on the forhead once before letting sleep overcome him also.
The Next morning Zim awoke, his body felt awake and cleansed, unlike the last time they had sex. The human was still wound around him as he shifted to sit up. His back and hips were sore from trying not to slam the human around, but it was the good sore. Zim shifted his human lover and rose to his feet, taking care not to wake him as he headed for the kitchen. It was apparent that his deffective S.I.R. unit had already been in there, for the kitchen was coated in a thick layer of flour and bubble gum. The tiny bot was curled up on the table, his little foot twitched in sleep. Zim ordered computer to clean it up while he dressed quickly. The computer grudgingly set to work as Zim walked by the still sleeping human to go don a fresh set of clothes. Zim quickly pulled on a freshly cleaned uniform tunic and standard issue pants be foer running back down staris. Zim set his mind to making a decent breakfast, using the last of his Irken ration supplies. He knew that from then on it was going to be whatever he could find that he wasn't allergic to. He set out the the breakfast, hoping that the smell alone would entice the human to wake up and eat with him.
Just the sheer fact that Zim was sleeping with him kept Dib's mind calm throughout most of the night. The contact relaxed him enough to actually get a restful nights sleep. His dreams ranged from ones of him and the Irken just cuddling together and sharing gentle kisses to ones of them having hot, steamy sex. He felt so safe around the alien; as though nothing and nobody would ever be able to harm him again. That is until Dib felt Zim pull away from him. His dreams suddonly took a spiral dive as Zim disappeared in front of him. The atmoshphere changed quickly, leaving Dib in the downtown area of the city. He recognised it immediately and knew he was back in that horrid nightmare he had been having for the past couple of weeks. He saw that blonde man again. He grabbed Dib and forced him into a small room. Dib screamed out but nobody was nearby. Not even Zim. He thrust into Dib and he cried out. It didn't matter how much he struggle and tried to break free. He couldn't escape. He cried and yelled at the man to stay away but he wouldn't listen. Dib began to toss and turn on the floor of Zim's living room, whimpering quietly to himself and saying a few things in his sleep. He shot up straight, crying out, "NO!" His breathing was heavy and labored for a few moments and he was covered in sweat. He looked around the room, noting the smell of breakfast foods coming from the kitchen.
Dib wasn't feeling nearly as well as Zim was when he got up. Almost instantly, he found himself back on the ground holding his head and moaning in pain. He had a throbbing headache. He felt sick to his stomach as he attempted to sit up once more, still holding his head in one hand. He had little memory of what had happened last night. "What the hell happened to me last night? Why do I feel so sick? And why am I having trouble moving my body now?" he asked himself as he attempted to stand on shaky legs but found he couldn't hold himself up. He sat still and closed his eyes trying to make the pain in his head less. It didn't help much as he began to piece things back together in his mind of the previous night's activities. Judging by his clotheless state, he easily figured that Zim and he had had sex the night before. He could recall a few flashes in his mind of what had happened but he was confused as to why he couldn't remember all of it. He sat still for a minute, trying to get together enough strength to get up. He used the couch next to him to pull himslef up with much difficulty. He steadied himself before taking a few wobbly steps toward the kitchen. He leaned against the wall and held his head with one hand and winced in pain. He came to the entrance to the kitchen and tripped over his own feet, stumbling right into Zim as he made his way out of the kitchen, probably just coming out to check on the boy.
Zim heard Dib gasp and shift around so he grabbed their plates to give him breakfast. As he entered the living room he was assulted by a hung over Dib. The food slapped against his chest with a sickening squish. Zim looked into the humans eyes. The boy seemed a bit confused, but there it was.. Again Zim caughta spark in the boys eyes. It wasn't an angry spark, nor was it fearful of Zim. It was a lost andhurt spark. Zim kept his usual demeanor, "Dib-beast, your'e awake... That was breakfast btu ow." He was cut off by the piercing squeal of Gir as the android bowled him over to get at the remains of what was once their morning meal. "GIR! I tire of your incessant antics!" Zim practically screeched at the little bot as he sat up from his prone position. 'That stupid bot is going to kill me...' Zim thought tho himself. He looked up at the boy who was grasping his headsaying in a calm tone not to be so loud. Zim blushed a deep olive, "Kunno human." He stood up and set to making another meal. He reached into the storage containment section of his PAK and tossed the human a small bottleof pills, "they'll help with the head ache. Your sister worm baby is pissed, said that you had a few too many drinks last night..."
Dib fumbled around trying to catch the bottle of pills being sent his way. He finally managed to get a good grasp on them and tried to steady himself again so he could take a couple. His arms were shaking as he looked down at the bottle with a confused look on his face. Every couple of seconds his body with break out into another few seconds of shivers then stop just to start up again. "I...I got drunk? And we did have sex last night, right? Did I enjoy it?" he asked as he took a seat on the couch. He clutched his head as another wave of pain washed over him. 'Oh man,Dib! When you see Gaz again she's gonna kick your ass! She'll never let me use that I.D. to get alcohol again!' He thought to himself although he didn't think he would be wanting to get any drinks any time soon. Zim walked back into the room a few minutes later carrying two new plates of food and a cup of that horrid substance:water. He gave it to Dib and took a seat on the couch next to him. Dib accepted the water and pulled off the top to the bottle. He took two pills and replaced the top before popping them into his mouth and swallowing them down with the water. He gave the empty cup to Zim along with the bottle of pills. "Thanks." Zim offered him one of the plates and Dib took it. He was still feeling sick but he didn't want to be rude considering Zim had to make it twice. Dib nibbled on it slowly, trying to keep it from coming back up whenever he swallowed. The medicine took awhile to actually take effect but it finally began to work. His headache was slowly beginning to become less and he sighed in a bit of relief. He leaned to his side a little and rested his head on the Irken's shoulder before closing his eyes. He still felt tired but kept himself from falling asleep. He didn't want to sleep anymore. He just wanted to rest and be with Zim.
The humans head on his shoulder pushed in a warm sensation through his body as Zim said, "Yeah, we did... I think you enjoyed itsince you started it..." Zim said with a sly smile pulling his lips into a toothy smile. It seemed that every sensation from the night before was still pulsing through him. Zim nibbled on his meal before heading down to his lab.
He was cautious about what he read and wrote when he read and wrote it, the human had been picking up Irken rapidly and some of what Zim wrote was more personal than Zim wanted to share.
Zim sat in his chair and ordered the computer to bring up any new messages. He had sent Cephen one about their current predicament, begging him to help the best that he coud as a fugitive himself. The message popped up from him:
Zim, I read your messages. I can take the human if anything happens, even though I am sure you have already instructed him to come to me. Lard-Nar is not happy about it, but he said He'll deal. Now about the weapons upgrades, I have no way of getting them to you before the hunters arrive. I advise that you put up a sensor to alert you to thier presence in your solar system. I wish I could help more. Just make sure thatthe human knows the password you sent me. I want to make sure that you wrote "MUJA" as the word... i know that word is illegal on Irk and you shouldn't even know it! Well I must go, Shloonktapooxis and Spleenk are at it again so I have to go remove what ever shiny object thatthey have found now. ~Cephen.
Zim chuckled at the last part, but was all around relieved. The human would be safe. He responded with a simple thank you and went back up stairs, "DIB BEAST WE NEED TO TALK!"
After Zim had left the room, Dib had stretched out on the couch. He rested his head on the arm rest at the end of the couch and closed his eyes. He didn't want to think about anything else, except about Zim. He wanted to be with Zim every second of his life. He didn't want Zim to leave him. His old fears about what was coming for Zim resurfaced quickly as he thought about whether he should get back to work on hacking his father's systems. The download should be almost done if not done already. However Zim had told him to wait upstairs for him to return. So Dib waited about 10 minutes as Zim was checking his messages, a whirlwind of emotions going through his body at the time. He was sad and had many fears rising back up inside of him because he didn't want to lose Zim, but he also had a mixture of happy and comforting feelings. He was happy for the time they had gotten the chance to share last night even if he had been too drunk to remember much of it. Also the small touches or kisses that the Irken had been giving him over the course of the last few days when he had been hacking his father's systems had sent him at least a little comfort, whether is be a small kiss on the forehead or just Zim gently brushing up against him while he worked. He knew Zim was doing everything he could to stay with him and Dib was doing everything he could do to not lose the Irken. That's when he heard him calling as he made his way upstairs. Zim entered the room a few moments later saying they had to talk. Dib opened one eye to look at the alien before asking, "Yeah? About what?" He already had a feeling he knew what Zim was going to say next.
Zim motioned for the human to follow him in to hte kitchen, "Dib beast... I wanted to talk with you more indepth about what we are going to do if we are seperated. I have communicated with Cephen and we worked out that there is to be a password, that way they know it is ou nad not an Irken bounty hunter trying to get at them... The word you are to speak to them is 'Muja', got it?" Zim opened the lid to the trash can, "after you..." He offered his hand to the human to help him in.
Dib pushed himself up into a sitting position on the couch, a tinge of pain still running through his head and body as he stumbled toward the Irken in the kitchen. Dib's heart sank as Zim mentioned the fact that there was still a chance of them being seperated. It was the last thig he wanted to think about. He frowned sadly and followed him to the trash can entrance to his lab. Dib nodded his head slightly as he looked down at the ground, away from Zim. "Muja? What does that mean?" he asked as the Irken stepped to the side to allow him room to step into the trash can. Zim didn't answer right away. "Thanks." he said as he took the hand offered to him. Dib moved to the side a bit to allow the alien room to also squeeze in the tight space. Once they were both in, they shot down in the elevater to the level they wanted. The trip down seemed as though it would never end. Dib shifted about uncomfortably. It was quiet; too quiet for comfort.
Zim finally spoke as he got off the elevator, " When and if we are seperated and you make it to the Resisty's ship, Lard-Nar or Cephen will tell you. It's a matter of security at this piont. Now I need you to get back to work on your hacking while I set up planetary-foreign ship detectors." With that Zim left his human infront of the computer, leaving him to go through his collecton of weapons to make a detector.
Dib sighed and took a seat at the computer after Zim had left the room. It seemed that every time Zim spoke of them being possibly separated he sounded more and more sure of their separation from eachother. He turned back to the screen in front of him. The page had loaded completely and the only thing standing in his way of getting the weapons they wanted was a password. Dib had to let his eyes adjust to the lighting in the room. It was dark, the only light coming from the computer screen. 'Okay, Dib. Now think. What would dad put as a password? For this system it would have to be something he doesn't mention in public much. Hmmmm...Super toast? No! Too easy. Dad's the inventer of super toast. It's mentioned on T.V. too much. How about "REAL SCIENCE!"? Naaa...that's an everyday phrase of his...Maybe, Gaz? He always liked her better than me...and whenever he talks about his kids he mentions her...Think, Dib! Think! You lived with him your entire life! What would dad usually s ay the days he was actually at home with us?! Son? My poor, inane son? No! No! No! That's how he always referred to me in public! Never just by my first name!' Dib thought as he searched his mind for any ideas of what his father would put as a password. He knew his father always put something weird as his password that had to do with his life. That's when it hit him. "He never referred to me by my first name." He mumbled to himself. Of course! Nobody really knew him or cared to know him. Even when he was helping his dad out at the labs, none of the other scientists bothered to learn or remember his name. They just all thought he was Professor Membrane's insane son. Often they would run into him thinking he was his father because he had grown to look a lot like his father but when they realized he wasn't who they were looking for they would either ignore him or call security because they thought he was tresspassing. Never in his life had he heard his father call him by his first nam e in public and rarely did he call him by it indoors at home.
Dib shook his head and sighed. "Figures..." he said as he entered his name, instantly receiving access. He wasn't sure if he should feel flattered that his father had actually remembered his name long enough to enter it as a password or pissed that that was the one password that nobody in the world would even think about to enter into a system. He went with the more pissed off feeling, a bit of sadness mixed with the emotion. He knew he shouldn't have expected much from his father. A bunch of schematics came up on the page with weapons of mass destruction but even that didn't help much to lift his spirit. He pushed himself out of the chair to go find Zim and tell him he had hacked the system. He found Zim down in one of his labs working on some other Irken technology.
"Hey, Zim! I got the blueprints you wanted! You can go ahead and go look at them! I'm not feeling up to looking at anything right now! I'm just going to go upstairs to my room and sit in bed for a while, okay..." The first part he had spat out in a still pretty pissed off mood but the last part was said with little to no emotion at all. Before waiting for a response, he turned away to start walking back toward the elevater.
Zim was busy assembling his detector. He stole the body design from a famous science fiction show that everyone knew, Star Crack, or something like that. The body was to look like the main ship, but insice the sensors would project an invisible, undetectable shield like detector that would automatically alert him to any new presences. He labored away on the interior, making everything so that it would function properly. He was just aboutto put the top cover on when Dib came in and told him the delightful news. As the boy wondered looking helpless towards the elevator Zim finally spoke, "Dib-beast... Would you like to go and celebrate our victory over the scum that want to get at me? We'll go where ever you want." Zim thought to himself, 'I know he is stressed, I want him to know that I care, with out having to actually say it. Why is talking to this human so hard?!? I know that for the longest time we were enemies, but now that seems to be over and now all I want to do is see him happy... How can such a stupid race be so complex?'
Zim placed the top on his creation and activated it. "Computer, ship this into Earth's orbit immediately!" He slung the devide into a tube where it was sucked and shot into the atmoshere., "So what do you say human?"
Dib just continued to walk toward the elevator. He quickly declined the offer and stopped for a moment. "Thanks for the offer but no thanks...I just want to be alone right now..." With that said he made his way to the elevator and stepped in when the doors opened for him. He shot up in the elevator, leaving Zim just standing there watching after him. Dib stepped out of the trash can entrance and walked into the living room area on his way to his room. Gir was sitting on the couch watching some cartoon but he quickly jumped up and ran over to the boy but Dib didn't stop. He just pushed by the little robot without so much as a word and entered his room before slamming the door shut loudly. He flopped down into the soft bed and quickly scrambled about in an attempt to find something. After searching under his bed for a few minutes, he finally brought forth what he had been looking for.
It was his old trench coat. He sat at the end of his bed and pulled his legs up to his chest b efore hugging the worn out coat close to his chest. "I hate him...I hate him!...I HATE HIM!" he screamed out loud not really meaning to. He thought that most of what he was saying was in his head but often he would accidentally say what he thought without realizing it. Dib felt like crying as he burried his face in his trench coat. "Why?! Why did you have to leave me?! Why did you have to leave me with him?! I hate him!" Dib stayed silent a moment before continuing in a calmer voice. "Mom...I miss you so much...why did you leave us? You were the only other one that truly cared about me in life...well...other than Zim...But dad doesn't care and Gaz just plain scares me... The rest of the world thinks I'm crazy and I feel so alone." Silence again. Dib stretched out on the bed and covered himself with the coat. He stared up at the ceiling for what could have been hours.
Zim went up stairs and sat down next to Gir who was watching an obscene cartoon in a language that was foriegn to Zim's ears. In the show a female character was humping another female, and she had both male and female characteristics. Zim raised an eyebrow, it was normal for Gir to watch these movies, but not in cartoon form... let alone not in english. Zim couldn't figure out what was supposed to be so arousing about two girls humping, if the one could be considered a girl.
Zim listened to the show until a random yell in Dib's voice said "I HATE HIM!". Zim looked up at the stairs, 'I knew he could never like me...' Zim thought to himself. It sounded like the human was complaining about him and hated him once again. that tone was the one that Dib had only used with Zim, and the sound of it hurt, re-opening old wounds. 'I'll show him hate..' said the spiteful voice in the back of Zim's head, thought the logical one was telling him 'Check it out before you do anything rash, he could just be blowing off steam.'
Zim made his way upstairs and gently knocked on the humans door, "Dib fuck? Are you okay in there?"
Dib heard the slight knock and Zim's voice coming through a few seconds later. He looked up at the door before wiping his eyes and sitting up in bed. "I...I'm fine..." he said in a shaky voice before getting up to open the door. He swung it open and came face to face with a very confused looking Zim. His face screamed, "What the hell were you screaming at?!" but Zim stayed silent just looking at him expectantly. Dib looked away for a second before looking back at Zim. That's when it hit him. "Ummm...was I just screaming?" He blushed as Zim nodded his head and had a dull look slapped across his face. Dib blushed a deeper shade of red as he tried to laugh it off though it was weak. "Heh...sorry about that. I didn't realize I was saying all that out loud. I...I hope you didn't think I was saying any of that about you...I was talking about my dad....He's just such a bastard sometimes...I...I didn't mean to yell...I'm sorry if you got the wrong idea. I...I..." Dib continued to stu tter like that for about a minute trying to explain himself to Zim.
Dib sighed and stopped trying piece things together for him and just settled with saying one thing. "Sorry..." he said with little emotion as he turned back to go take a seat on the edge of his bed. He pulled his legs back up to his chest, hoping the Irken believed him and wouldn't be angry. Dib was mentally cursing himself for letting himself say all that stuff out loud. ' How could you be so stoopid, Dib?! If I were Zim I would have just come up here and beat the shit out of you!' he thought to himself as he rested his forehead against his knees and closed his eyes. ' I just can't do anything right in my life, can I?! It's no wonder people hate me!' His thoughts were getting the better of him as he felt close to tears again. The room was so quiet he had thought that Zim had left so he didn't look up. Without realizing that Zim was still standing in the doorway, he began to talk out loud again. "Sometimes I just w ish I could leave this world and be with you, mom. You always used to know what to do in these situations. You always knew what to say. I want to be with you. I miss you. " He could feel the tears coming now.
Zim understood the boy's hatred of his male genetic donor, though he couldn't figure out why he was crying about him now, and then the boy spoke again. He had only heard the boy speak of his female parent once. Zim could comprehend most emotions on Earth, but this grief thing was something that he could never figure out. On irk when an Irken, reguardless of rank unless they were banished, died they were celebrated, no tears were ever shed for them. Zim spoke up, some of the words disurbing him a bit, "Dib beast, why do you cry over your female parent? She is gone and nothing can bring her back so why do you cry? You should celebrate her and not speak of wnating to join her... I honestly don't see the attraction you have to being buried in dirt so that you can be eaten by wormie things and pissed on by hobos." He roughly wiped a tear from the boys face, remembering a fact that he had learned in skool, "You know Dib beast, the more you cry the less water is there to make up your composition. You could dry yourself out with how much you cry....."
Zim didn't realise that he had misinturperated that fact, and looked the boy straight in the eye. Though the tears annoyed Zim to no end, he loved how they made the boys eyes all glassy and shiny. Something that could never be imitates by an irken. Yes their eyes had a sheen that seemed to shine, but they could never get to be a perfest glass shine. Those amber eyes threatened to suck him in again, and he couldn't allow it. Not now. With all the danger and the possibility that he might be taken away or killed Zim didn't want to admit himself to the human. He didnt't want to know that the human was going to shed tears over him.
Dib pulled away from Zim and slapped his hand away. "What the hell, Zim?! I don't care how things are done on your planet but here on Earth we don't celebrate when somebody you care for dies! It hurts more than anything to know that you'll never see them again!" Dib yelled as he scooted farther away from the Irken before throwing his legs over the side of the bed. He stood up to face Zim and grabbed him by the front of his uniform roughly. "My mom was the only one that ever truly cared for me on this fucking shit hole of a planent before you came and I don't want you to ever speak about my mother in such a way again!" He pushed Zim back forcefully before continuing. "I just want to be alone right now, Zim, so please leave my room now!" he said as he pointed out thedoor.
He practically pushed him out the door before slamming it shut again and locking it behind him. He turned back toward the bed and collapsed in a heap on the covers. 'Damnit, Dib! Now you've done it! Zim probably hates you now! Why the hell can't you do anything right?!' Dib couldn't believe he had just yelled at Zim again. There was no way Zim was going to take that well. "Your so damn stoopid, Dib!" he yelled at himself out loud again. More tears began to stream down his face again. "I'm such an idiot! I hate myself!"
The last shove from Dib threw Zim into the oppisite wall. His head hit with a hard thunk. He was shocked. How could these humans not want to celebrate their departed. If you celebrate them then you have no reason to shed a tear. His heart dropped into his spooch as he crumpled into a pile on the floor. His only ally on the planetwas now pissed at him beyond belief. He hadn't meant any harm nor insult by what he had said. He only wanted to comfort the hurting human. 'Sometime i should show him an Irken style funeral, show him that mourning is an useless process that only belongs to humans. He lifted himself from the ground and pressed himself against Dib's door,"I hope that you know tht i care for you too... more than you know..." He barely whispered the words and set down the stairs to try to relax.
Relaxation would have been a luxury , though Gir saw to it that he didn't acheive it. The little bot ran around, throwing clean clothes into a nasty, sticky spot on the floor. Zim chased the damned thing around, trying to get the thing to settle down and at very least to wach some t.v. Gir finally wore himself out and Zim took him to his recharge station behind the couch. Zim was exhausted in more ways than one. He had screamed himself raw at Gir and used what little energy he had conserved. He laid down on the couch and began to relax, his slimline PAK made it more comfortable and easier. As he slept, dreams of old times flooded into his concuoisness. In his sleep he wondered if this wasn't some brilliant ploy by the Dib to get him to trust him. His mind ran through many options that interupted his good sleep.
Dib had cried himself to sleep and awoke many hours later. The room was dark and he knew that it must have been night time by now. He sat up in bed and looked around to see if anybody was in there with him. After a moment of searching, he knew he was alone. Stretching, he threw his legs over the edge of the bed and stood up with a yawn. He opened the door to his room and made his way back down the stairs to the room Zim was in. He found the Irken asleep on the couch, every once in a while mumbling something about how Super Toast burned his mouth. He would have been more amused by that if he didn't still feel horrible about yelling at Zim. Deep down he knew that he hadn't meant anything by it. He was only trying to help.
Dib stood at the bottom of the stairs to the entrance to the room. He looked down at the ground and closed his eyes before whispering, "I'm sorry, Zim..." With that said, he made his way across the room and into the kitchen to grab something. Gir had made a pretty big mess in there and was now asleep on the table. After retrieving what he had gone into the kitchen to get, he walked back out into the living room and over to the front door. He took one last glance at Zim before sighing and exiting the house. When he stepped outside, he found that it was a lot later than he thought it was. He couldn't believe he had cost them another day of little work. He kicked the ground with his foot and took a seat right outside the door.
The air around him was cold and he shivered as he pulled his trench coat tighter around himself. He stared up at the stars before laughing lightly to himself and smiling a little. He always used to think Zim was so lucky. He could just take his ship and leave any time he wanted to go live among the stars. That was something that had always been a dream of Dib's. To at least go and see them up close. He had tried to fix up Tak's old ship but he could never get it to make it into space. He leaned back against the door, frowning once more. 'We're waisting time...and it's all my fault...Every second, that threat is getting closer and closer to Zim but he still keeps stopping his work to help me. I'm starting to wonder whether it would be better for the both of us if I just wasn't around.' He pulled out what he had grabbed in the kitchen. A small piece of paper and pen and a knife. He quickly wrote a quick note on the paper. It read, "Zim, I've been thinking about this for a while and I think we both know this is best for the both of us. At least one of us should live. I think it should be you. Without me around, you'll be able to go on with your work faster and I won't have to keep on living in a world that hates me. I want at least you to have a chance of surviving through this. Things will be a lot easier for you without me around. After all, I've always been the one that got in the way of you before and I don't want to do that anymore. Goodbye, Zim. I love you..." Dib couldn't continue after writing that last part. He was choking on tears that threatened to spill over again. He looked at the knife once again, thinking one more time about what he was about to do. He whispered under his breath. "I'm so sorry, Zim" as he raised the knife to his chest, hesitating a moment. His hand shook. He had thoughts about doing this long ago but this was the first time in his life he was actually acting upon it. He had heard that it was quick and painless, well, that is if you do it right. He closed his eyes, trying not to think too much about it and just keep his mind focused on a quick death to end both of their miseries.
Zim's dreams went from bad to worse. They began to show him victorious over everything, but he was alone. As he began to whimper in his sleep his PAK began to buzz and beep at him. Zim sat up and stretched, his eyes took on a violetish tinge due to them being goo shot. He looked around quickly and noted that it was well after midnight, and thathe house was devoid of any other life. He walked up to Dib's room to look in on the boy, hoping that there would be an opportunitty for him to apologize. He used a pyddma mak to open the lock and look in. The room was dark and empty. Judging by his heat sensors no on e had been in there in about twenty minutes. He looked in all his labs, making computer turn on every sensor in the base, but there was no Dib inside.
When he finally got into the kitchen again the smell began to hit him. That sweet coppery scent that only human blood could carry. He ran outside and tooko in the sight that he was to behold; Dib laid there on the ground a knife piercing his chest, and a slip of paper on his stomach. Zim ran over to the pail lifeless form, lifting the boys body into a hug as his tears began to flow. He knew it... He had been on Earth for far too long... He wanted to curl up and die inside. The Dib was dead and there was no reasoning.. None except his last note.... Zim picked up the letter and read it word for word. 'The stupid human... If he were in Zim's way then he would have been dead ages ago!' "Fucking Human.." Zim spat in his emotional uproar. In his silence Zim thought htat he could hear a weak breath, 'stop it Zim, your'e only making yourself hopeful....your'e only ma- hey there it is again...' Zim looked at the dead and pale form next to him. It seemed that there was no life left in Zim. He pulled the knife out of the boys chest and replaced it with his yhddahhya. Through his Yhddahhya Zim noted that there was a faint heartbeat and breathing pattern.
With lightening speed Zim rushed the boy into the base, cursing his existence and giving him empty threats. He put the boy in one of his goo tubes where he would be suspended in liquid. Tubes in there to alllow him to breath and the specialized goo would help to heal the boy. Zim smashed the fill buton in urgency and watched as the Dib's body began to fise and then settle in the middle of the tube, the air tubes protuding from his mouth to the ceiling. Zim sat down and remembered the now crumpled paper in his hand. Rereading the note he noted Dib's last words, 'So the human filth sack has this 'love' for me... Even when he is killing himself for stupid selfish reasons...' Zim thought to himself for a good while, watching the human and keeping a thought train going. Once the indicators went green Zim relaxed. His human was going to make it, his human was going to pay.
It had been one swift movement. The knife had been thrust quickly into Dib's chest. His arm had been shaking the entire time and he just missed his heart by a few centimeters. However, it was true that it was quick and painless for the most part. It had been one small pinch of the skin when he pierced his chest and then after that just warmth. The warmth of flowing blood coming from the wound. He had slumped down to the ground when his vision began to blur from lack of blood. He felt light headed and fell back when everything seemed to spin around him as conciousness left him. He knew that even if he had missed his heart, he would be dead soon enough from the loss of blood alone.
Hours could have passed before he actually opened his eyes again. He only had enough strength to open them a crack and he wondered whether he was dead or not.His vision was horribly out of focus and all he could see were a swirl of different colors. He couldn't even make out any shapes at all but somehow he knew that something wasn't right. He knew he wasn't dead. Just the colors and sounds alone were enough to tell him that he was back in Zim's lab. He could also tell that he was floating in some kind of goo cause the cool texture of it sent chills up his spine but he couldn't really move. He closed his eyes once more, feeling conciousness slowly leaving again. He let his mind slip into another restless sleep, doing his best to relax in the liquid surrounding him on all sides.
He wasn't sure how much more time had passed before he opened his eyes again, this time managing to get them open a bit more, although very slowly at first. This time he found himself in a soft bed. He had been bandaged up pretty heavily and dressed in a pair of blue pajama bottoms and top. He squinted his eyes, still unable to see much. Blinking a few times, he tried to improve his line of vision. He still couldn't see much but now he was able to make out a few shapes in the room. It was bright and the walls were white. There was a small table and chair next to him. If he didn't know any better, he probably would had came to the conclusion that he was in a hospital room. But the small differences told him he was still in Zim's base. He could hear the sounds of machinary whirring and beeping around him. He cursed himself on the inside. His plan hadn't worked. He knew that Zim had to be pissed at him for pulling that stunt. But Dib still didn't feel any differently about what he had done than he had felt the moment he had done it. The only emotion that was different from his last one was the regret he felt for having missed his heart. He still felt sadness for Zim. This would just hold him up even more now.
He still felt as though he wanted to die and just make everybodies else's lives easier and also so he could escape the hatred of this world. But at the moment, the strongest feeling in him at that moment was anger. Absolute anger. Why had Zim tried to save him?! Didn't he understand the note he left?! He wanted to die and leave that world. To leave the pain and suffering he had lived through for the sixteen years of his life. And he thought it would help at least save Zim's life but here he was again. Doing just the opposite.
Dib attempted to sit up in the bed he had been laying in for what seemed like forever. He didn't even make it half way before the dizziness came back upon him full force. He took a deep, sharp breath in but immediately regretted it. Pain shot through him, all of it seeming to focus on one main area of his body: his chest where the knife had cut him deeply. Instantly, he found himself in a coughing fit that seemed would never end. He clenched his eyes closed as tightly as he could, each and every cough just causing the pain to worsen. He couldn't control his breathing and had trouble stopping his coughs. He twisted about in his bed a bit and faced down toward the ground as he began to cough up some blood. He tried desperately to gain control of his breathing once again before he fell unconcious once more, the room spinning around him in a sickening way.
Zim had taken the Dib out of the tank when he was healed anough and put hijm in clean dry pajamas from his room. "Stupid human boy..." Zim muttered as he put the boy in a bed in medical bay. He ordered computer to update him every twenty minutes as to his humans condition. He went down to his special operations lab and began the assembley on a few of the weapons. He managed to build one up but it prompty blew up in his face, 'Atleast if I come to any real harm I can throw this at them and watch them blow them selves up...' Zim thought sarcastically to himself.
As soon as computer alerted him that the human was awake Zim sprinted back up stairs to the boys room, though he was already back out. Zim shook the human being careful not to step in the bloody flemmy mix. "Stupid human boy, how can you be so selfish?! How can you say that you feel the strongest human emotion for me then go and try this stupid emo shit?!? I COMMAND THAT YOU AWAKEN NOW!" Zim was losing his patience, and was feeling more hurt than he ever had. What ever had been going through the human's brain worms when he did that needed immediate removal.
Dib could feel somebody shaking his body in his unconciousness and that alone seemed to bring him back to reality. He sputtered and coughed a few more times before finally opening his eyes again but barely being able to really see much. He heard the Irken screaming and yelling curses at him but he wasn't sure if he could speak yet. He tried taking in another slower breath this time but still had nearly the same reaction. "FUCK!' he said out loud in a strained voice as he began to cough again. He tried to curl up into a ball but Zim was still holding him still and he couldn't move away. After a minute or two of coughing and hacking up a little more blood, he managed to look up at Zim. Zim did not look happy. Dib struggled to pull his hands off of him but Zim still had a pretty tight grip on him. He stopped after a few moments of this to try and catch his breath. "What the hell did you save me for, Zim?! Didn't you get the note?!" he spat out bitterly in a whisper. He then began to try and push Zim away from him again. "Why did you save me?! I didn't want to be saved! I wanted you to just leave me there to die! It's not worth it for me to keep on living in a world that hates me! And all I've done so far is hold you back so wouldn't it just be easier to get rid of me?! But you keep on taking the time to help me and I just don't get it!" He stopped trying to push Zim away and staired across the room at the opposite wall. He glared and refused to even look at the Irken. He just wanted everybody to leave him alone.
"Why?!? Why, Dib-SHIT?!? Could it be that you are a valuable asset to this..This....This thing! Your'e damnedright I got your fucking note! I saved you because your'e the only one who can and will help me! With out you I would already be dead! Your brain meats gotus the fucking blue prints to the fucking weapons that are going to save your fucking ass as well as mine!" Zim stopped for a breath, "You wanna know why Dib-fucking-shit?!? Because you are the only thing on this Fetid piece of shit that I can fucking trust with my everything!" Tears began down Zim's cheek. He had rarely cried, and now not only was he crying but his throat hurt. The Dib wasn't greatful for Zim saving him. 'remember 'Oui muja Dib' he needs you as much as you need him. Zim shook his had and turned away. "Dib...if you really want to hurt me and break mytrust, then go ahead and kill your self, do your little emo self-pity suicide, but know this, I understand everything that you wrote in that last line, and might someday return it... But if you kill yourself you will never know." Zim began to walk away.
Dib looked back up at Zim with wide eyes when he began to cry. He hadn't meant to make Zim cry and the last thing he wanted to do was hurt Zim. He hadn't taken Zim's feeling into enouh consideration when he pulled that stunt. After all that talk about how the Irkens usually didn't moarn for their deceased, he never that it would have that much affect on Zim but he had miscalculated that fact. Zim let go of him before turning away to walk away while saying that last comment. It took Dib a few moments for his brain to catch on to what Zim was saying to him. So he really did love Dib. Dib stuttered a second while he tried to think of what to say next. "Z...Zim! I...I..." he was having trouble coming up with what to say to the Irken. He wanted to tell Zim that he loved him and he never meant to hurt him that much but everything he thought of to say he could only see as having a negative effect on the hurting alien. Nothing he said would help repair the wound he had caused. He pushed himself up, trying to just ignore the dizzy spell that came over him at that instant. He forced himself to get up out of the bed and stand. Pain was shooting through him with the sheer effort of standing but he didn't care. He took a step toward Zim almost toppling over but he wouldn't let himself: not yet! He approached the Irken as quickly as he could and pulled him into a tight hug. "I know this doesn't mean much right now but....I'm sorry...I do still love you...you know that, right? I know it seems like I didn't when I did that but I really do..." Before Zim could respond, Dib pulled away and kissed him gently on the lips but only for a brief moment. Their lips only really brushed up against eachother before everything seemed to blurr in front of his eyes once again. Dib saw the ground underneath him rushing back up at him and the next thing he knew he was on the ground, coughing and curling in on himself. His entire body was sore and he couldn't make his body move anmore. All he could do was stare back up at a blurry green and red figure that he was sure was Zim. He wanted to just hold Zim in his arms and continue speaking soft words to him. To let him know that he really did care and assure him that he would never try that again but he was pretty useless at the moment. He felt the tears springing back to his eyes and feared the Irken's reaction to what he had last said. He knew Zim was still pissed but he didn't want make him any angrier than he already was.
Zim grabbed the boy into his arms and held close. He hated the boy for trying to kill himself. He didn't mourn, it was more shock tht madehim react that way,'Yes Zim it was a reaction from losing so many emotional binders in your PAK. You must have gotten rid of the grif one on accident... Damn it, why is this human doing this to me?!?' Zim thought to himself. "Dib beast, if you ever try that one again I will personally see to it that you serve a lifetime on Food courtia beneath Siz-Lorr." Zim began, but soon lightened up, kissingthehuman lightly on the ear, "Human, you can say that you love me all day, but your actions are what will tell the truth of the matter. If you 'love' me then no more being stupid and selfish. Now you missed your last pain killer," a surenge came out of Zim's PAK filled with an orangish liquid. He lightly poked the human with it and injected him, "Don't worry this stuff won't make you sleep, You need to move again, it'll get you to hack the remaining blood friom your lungs... Plus we need to get moving on a few projects so that we can defend our lives. My sensors are in place now and ready to warn us..." Zim smiled down at the human, his human. The Dib was his, No one else had the right to be with him. 'mark him... I have to mark him next time we mate, make sure that no other stink beasts or anyone for that matter ever touches Zim's property, zim's Muja.' Zim thought to himself as he lightly nibbled on the humans wonky spike of hair.
Dib had rested his head up against Zim's chest when he was picked up off the ground. He gasped out a whispered moan when he felt Zim brushing his lips up against Dib's ear. He closed his eyes as he relaxed into the warm feeling but quickly winced when he felt the needle piercing his skin suddenly. Dib opened his eyes and looked up into Zim's smiling face and smiled back, sniffling a bit and wiping some tears out of his eyes. Dib's eyes shifted closed once more when Zim began to chew on the tip of his hair. Dib nodded his head in responce to all that Zim had said to him.
Dib had cringed when Zim had mentioned what he would do to him if he ever tried that stunt again. Zim was right about his actions showing his true feelings. He felt foolish about the whole thing now that he thought about the whole situation. Dib was snapped out of his thoughts when Zim mentioned the painkiller. He was relieved that the medication wouldn't make him sleepy this time like the last time he had to take them. He was eager to get back to work on those weapons they needed. He was glad that Zim was still going to let him help with the contruction of what ever was on those blueprints. Though he felt as though they should get started as soon as physically possible when he knew that threat was just getting closer every day. After a minute or two more of just standing still and cuddling close, Zim finally pulled away and lead Dib to the lab he had been working in before Dib had woken up. On the way down, Dib had to stop himself to run into a bathroom. The medication was beginning to work and he could feel the taste of blood rising in the back of his throat. He spit up more blood for about a minute before exiting the bathroom to find Zim waiting for him. Dib felt sick due to the nasty taste still linguring in his mouth but he felt less pressure when he breathed in. They made their way down to the lab and Zim showed Dib what he had done so far though it seemed he had been having some trouble assembling some of the weapons. Dib picked up one of the blueprints to one of the weapons Zim had started working on and began to check his work. Zim seemed to have started out fine but he soon began to find small flaws that affected the way the machines worked. Dib quickly set to work on fixing a few things he found wrong with the construction. He tightened a few things and replaced parts to others until they got the desired reaction. Zim sat back and watched for a few minutes as Dib worked on the weapons they needed. Before long they were both at work on different profects so they could get twice as much work done. They worked long into the night until Dib couldn't keep it up any longer and he just fell asleep hunched over his work whereas Zim continued a bit longer.
"E fecr E luimt lmyes oui yc seha, yc so syda, payidevim Dib." Zim spoke to his human in Irken. the words bruned in Zim's throat, words that were only spoken by the taller Irkens. He grabbed a blanket off of the reack and wrapped it over Dib so the boy would not catch a cold in thechilled lab. 'Humand are too fragile...' He thought to himself as he worked until sleep over came him.
Dib could almost hear the whispered words in his dreams. He settled his head farther into his arms when he felt the blanket being placed over him and sighed happily. He didn't know what the words spoken to him meant but they sounded comforting. It was at least a good five hours that passed before Dib awoke again. He opened his eyes slowly though without nearly as much difficulty as he had when he had woken up in the medical bay. The room was nice and dark, providing little light that would hurt his eyes. He had a feeling that it was already well past midnight as he sat up slowly to look around. The room was cold and he shivered as he pulled the blanket tighter around himself, wondering where the blanket had even come from. It took a minute for his eyes to adjust to the darkness around him but he quickly managed to locate where Zim was. The Irken was at a table with the beginnings of another one of the weapons in front of him and one of the blueprints also. Dib appraoched him s lowly only realizing that he was asleep after he had gotten much closer to the alien so he took a chair and brought it up next to Zim where he took a seat next to him and wrapped the blanket around the both of them before falling back to sleep.
Zim slept like a smeet after the first day in the training academy. He dreamed of what life would have been like if he and Dib ad never been enemies. A warmth entered his dreams and subconciously made him snuggle closer. His face left the cold sterile table for the warm almost germy comfort of the body next to him. He turned in his sleep and ended up resting ont he body next to him. The light ba-thump bathump of the body lulled his dreams into a peaceful blank. "mmmmpf, Dib beast....muja...oui.....vun... ........ajan" he burried his face into the warmth and slept like that the rest of the night.
When he awoke Zim found himself attatched to the Dib beast, "Dib-beast?! Wake up.. We have work to do..." He shook the human, "c'mon..." He rubbed his eyes vigorously and sat upright in his chair. His spooch rumbled lightly signalling that he needed to eat soon lest he pass out from no energy. He rose to his feet and gave the human a light kiss on the ear, "I would get up now if you want food that Gir hasn't ruined..."
