"We are executing phase 3. The tissue samples we've harvested from the brains of the dead police officers that were killed in the Copperhead Road district are being integrated with the cybernetic technology," a figure wearing a white lab coat reported.

"Excellent, once our cyborg cleans up that district, we'll turn it into our own private corner of the city. That way, we can swallow this city from the inside out," the CEo of Titan Security Concepts said.

"What about the people that don't commit crimes that are just living there?" a member of the board asked.

"We'll just...re-locate them," a second member of the board said and evil smirks could be seen in the room from all of the board members.

Two groups of about a dozen or so men were shooting at each other near the heart of the Copperhead Road district. None of the fighting gang bangers were worried about the police showing up due to the fact that they knew they had more fire power to stop them.

However, over the sounds of all the guns came the sound that was deafening. The sound happened several more times until all the warring gangers had their guns shot out of their hands. they all turned to see a human shaped figure which seemed to be overed in in some sort of silver armor. There seem to be some flesh coloration under the the helmet. The gangers pulled out more guns and started firing, but the bullets bounced off the cyborg. Running out of bullets, the two groups scattered, knowing that they were out gunned.

Becky frowned as she watched the news report about the first test run of Titan Security Concepts's cybernetic law enforcer.

"You aren't feeling threatened by that thing are you? They are just going to use that thing to clean up that hell hole. Reflectors don't do so hot against slugs," Calceon remarked.

"They're running the police department and now they've built a cyborg to deal with Copperhead Road...they want that area cleaned and I don't think they are doing it to uphold law and order," Becky replied.

"The government wasn't doing a good job at it though."

"True, but big business get too greedy and bad things happen when greed rules."

"Then have Tobey look into them...he'd probably want want to take them down if they are in the business of building robots," Calceon suggested and Becky nodded in agreement.

"I had to dig for it but I was able to find out how they built that thing. Apparently, they were allowed to harvest the brain matter of certain members of the force that were killed in the line of duty," Tobey reported.

"Was there a connection in the way that they all died?" Becky asked.

"I knew you'd ask that," Tobey grinned. "They all died in the Copperhead Road district."

"Hmmmm," Becky thought out loud.

"Ok, what is that Lexiconian mind of yours coming up with?" Calceon asked.

"Someone is supplying weapons to all those gang bangers in the district...I'd be willing to wager that Titan is involved in it somehow...and I intend to prove it," Becky said and and Calceon rolled his eyes while Tobey chuckled.

The officers of the police department were gathered for a union meeting. the topic, whether or not to go on strike.

"Titan has cut our pay by 47%, and any new officer doesn't get a pension!" one officer shouted.

"We serve and protect. How does a strike do that!?" a second shouted.

"We're getting killed out there on Copperhead! It ain't worth it!" a third shouted.

"Let their robot and that super hero get killed!" a fourth yelled out.

"Let's strike!" a fifth added and everyone started chanting for a strike.

"Ahhh!" the CEO roared out. "We need the support of the police department if we are going to clean Copperhead up!"

"What do we do now, sir?" the VP asked.

"We make the police department into the bad guys. We win the PR war and the people will be on our side," the CEO said, regaining control.

"Very good sir," the VP said with a smirk.

"You've got to be kidding me!
Becky shouted. "The police department is going on strike!"

"Overtime," Calceon said.
