He was on edge, but he didn't know why. Actually, he had a good idea on why he was on edge. Calisto was heading their way and he had been ordered to kill her. He hadn't told Becky this because of the conflict he'd come up against. Then, a sonic boom sounded and the two split apart. The X weapon turned to see an exact duplicate of himself looking back at him with cold eyes.
"Ok, just who the hell are you?!" Calceon shouted after transforming. The fake X weapon said nothing in response and attacked the real X weapon. Becky transformed and jumped into the fight. However, something stopped her.
"'You will go to Mr. Big and tell him your secret identity,'" a voice broadcast in her mind.
'No...Mr. Big's mind control...' WordGirl struggled to fight against it as she fell to her knees. The X weapon turned, but that distraction cost him as the copy hit him hard enough to almost sent him through the building he'd crashed into.
"'Do not resist, tell Mr. Big your identity!'" the voice demanded.
'No!' she shouted but her mind was starting to fall under the control of Mr. Big's mind control.
"'That's right, come to Mr. Big's building and give him your identity,'" the voice encouraged.
"Nooooo!" WordGirl screamed and another burst of mental energy exploded outward, destroying everything in its path. The copy of the X weapon had unfortunately been in the direct path of the waves of destruction and the clone was instantly destroyed. The real X weapon braced himself for the am mount of pain that was about to be inflicted upon him, but it never came. He cautiously came back over to WordGirl who was now passed out on the sidewalk. He picked her up and flew off.

The X weapon sighed after laying WordGirl down. Huggy looked concerned as his charged laid there, unmoving.
"Huggy," the X weapon breathed out, "I'm going to have a little talk with Big," he finished and headed out of the spaceship. The monkey tried to stop him, but the X weapon was too fast for the monkey to stop him.

Mr. Big looked at the burnt out device that was his mind control device. He had thought he had gotten her under his control, but something had burned his mind control out. Then, his window was violently opened and the X weapon flew in, quickly delivering g a blow to Leslie which knocked her out.
"Big," the X weapon growled.
"Uh..." Mr. Big said nervously.
"What were you doing to WordGirl?" he snarled.
"Now take it easy, you wouldn't want to strain yourself before your next fight," Big said.
"What are you..." the X weapon hissed but a kick to the back of his head sent him out of the window and he crashed to the street below. The duplicate X weapon flew out and landed.
"Damn it!" the X weapon shouted after getting to his feet. "I thought you were destroyed!"
"You fool! You idiot! You moron!" Lady Redundant Woman shouted. "I can make as many copies as I want!"
"Bitch," the X weapon hissed and attacked his false self.

"How long?!" Calisto demanded.
"Another 3 standard cycles," the navigator reported.
"Damn! Why is it taking so long?!" Calisto ranted.
"The ftl drive was damaged in the escape from Planet Lexicon. we are only working at 75% propulsion," the Navigator reported. Calisto growled. If they wanted to repair their ftl drive, they would have to shut it down and make repairs. Calisto sat in her chair.
"Tell engineering to keep the drive up and running until we reach the terran solar system. Then, start making repairs then and only then," Calisto ordered.

"Ugh, Huggy?" WordGirl asked finally coming to.
"You've been knocked out for some time now. The X weapon went to deal with Mr. Big," Huggy began.
"Uh oh," WordGirl said realizing that the X weapon probably wanted to kill Big. Grabbing Huggy, she launched herself out of the ship and into the sky.

"That good! Squeeze him, crush him, smash him!" Lady Redundant Woman ordered the copy of the X weapon. The real deal was coughing and spitting up blood from the internal injuries that he'd been given. The copy smirked down at the X weapon as the real X weapon lost consciousness. The copy raised his foot, but a battle cry sounded and WordGirl knocked him away from her downed lover.
"You," WordGirl growled at Lady Redundant Woman. Ice ran up her spine and the mistress of duplications decided to retreat, taking the copy of the X weapon with her. The Lexiconian turned back to her lover, knelt down and pressed the small, red button on the wrist device. The three vanished to appear on the X weapon's ship.

"How long will he been in there?" WordGirl asked.
"Two Earth standard solar cycles," the computer answered. WordGirl sighed. She wasn't going to let Lady Redundant Woman get away with this.

"Almost isn't good enough!" Granny May ranted.
"Hey, my copy would had had him, but WordGirl interfered, stopped, and halted my copy from destroying the X weapon!" Lady Redundant Woman countered.
"Ladies, please, we've got other problems to deal with. There's another Lexiconian ship heading this way, and I think we all know who that is," Dr. Two-Brains said and the members of the association looked at each other. Why was Calisto coming back to Earth?

"Finally!" Calisto said seeing the blue ball that was known as Earth by the creatures that lived upon it. "Tell engineering to take the ftl drive off-line and make repairs. I'm going down there and finishing my sister's daughter off." she said and left the bridge.

'No, she's here,' the X weapon thought hearing the warning beeps from the cock of his ship. 'Becky, please, hold on until I get better,' he thought before closing his eyes once again.
