The Chase
James was sitting in the lunch room alone when some girls went in to talk to him. He just stayed silent and they finally left him alone. Ulrich told Jeremy and the gang about James and what he told Ulrich. The gang was a bit surprised but waved it off thinking it was nothing. Then James came out and went up to Yumi and smiled and then Yumi smiled back. "Your really cute" James said as he tilted his head smiling. Yumi realized it was the same voice. She didn't believe it. This kid was the same age as them but sounded as young as her brother Hiroki.
"So James..Ulrich was telling us about this game you hacked into whats it like?" Aelita asked smiling. "Well there are these weird monsters and its all in 3D and for a while i was by myself till i found these people there. I have my own weapon thats a Barret Sniper rifle and i can take out enemy's from a distance. I ended up helping the people a few days ago. They got lucky and had alot of monsters to kill and i was a little jealous" James said as he told them about it all. "will you excuse us for a moment James" Jeremy said as the group did a small huddle to talk. "thats definitely the guy who was there" Yumi said. "well if we let him join us it would help us out in the long run especially against William and his attacks" Ulrich said. "we already know we can trust him about not killing us" Odd said. "agreed then?" Jeremy said. They all nodded.
They went up to James and then smiled at him."well James...welcome to our group" Jeremy said as they smile at him. they each tell him their names and then they go to class. During class they had an attack by X.A.N.A and Jeremy texted everyone and Ulrich acted sick and odd and James said they'd take Ulrich to the infirmary. As soon as they were far enough away they took a detour to the sewer drain. They all went down and James was wondering what was going on. When they got to the factory they dropped James off with Jeremy then they headed to the scanners.
James and Jeremy talked about a few things then he told James to go to the scanner room and showed him how to get there. Then he scanned him and then he set up on a high ledge. Then he overlooked the gang. While Jeremy watched the gang kill off some monsters he didn't really check on James as he thought he was safe with the distance he was at. When William appeared by Yumi and took her and left the gang again they knew this wasn't good. They tried to keep up with William as he took Yumi away but it was no use as he was too fast.
William took Yumi to sector 5 and then stripped her naked.
