Security alarms sound throughout the ship as the pair run down the corridors with Lexicon security chasing after them. They reach a turbo lift door and quickly enter it.
"Where are we going?" WordGirl panted.
"Shuttle bay...we've got to get off this ship before they catch us." the X weapon said and the doors open and the pair have to hit the deck as weapons' fire lance out at them. The X weapon manages to disarm one of the security officers' and took his gun. Setting it to 'kill', the X weapon begins blasting. The officers hit the deck and the pair continue down the corridor for the main shuttle bay. They quickly stow into a shuttle.
"Do you know how to fly one of these things?"
"I think so,"
"You think so?" she asked incredulously.
"Damn!"
"What?"
"As long as this shuttle is with its mother craft, I'm locked out of the computer. It would take to long, so we'll have to get home the hard way."
"The hard way?" she asked and the airlock doors open.
"We fly without the help of a ship." he replied and she bit her lip. That would be a long flight home.

'What happened to them then? Surely they would have done something with them by now.' Tobey thought watching the report on WordGirl's capture. 'I guess I better sneak into the association's meeting place. They'll be gloating there.'

"That witch was crazier than you Two-Brains!" Granny Mae ranted.
"I had only wanted to turn the city into cheese, not destroy it like she would have." Two-Brains bemoaned.
"It would been bad for business if I'd let that Lexiconian empress destroy the city." Mr. Big said.
"But they'll kill her," Chuck retorted.
"Ah, knowing that X weapon he'll get her out of that and they'll be back on the planet in a day or so...wait a minute, why are we just standing around here for, let's go clean out this city!" Granny Mae said and the others charge out behind her.
'Who are they talking about?' Tobey thought. 'Apparently they handed WordGirl and that X weapon over to someone that could have leveled the city, but who could do that unless...someone from WordGirl's home planet has been here! Now all the villains will have free run of the city. Why don't I feel like joining them though?' Tobey left the hideout of the association and started heading towards home. 'This is Violet's fault. She's got me thinking all these weird thoughts...what is wrong with that girl?'
"Tobey!"
"Speak of the she devil," he said quietly to himself.
"What did they do to WordGirl?"
"They gave her back to someone of her home world. The X weapon was apart of the package." Tobey explained having no reason not to.
"And Becky?"
"Becky?"
"Yeah, she's not home and her parents aren't there either."
"Don't tell me you think there's some connection between the two?"
"They've gone for three days now."
'Ah hell, if she were poisoned by lexinite then the X weapon would have taken her to Tubing's lab.' "Let's go to Professor Tubing's lab. We might get more of the story there."
"Uh, why..."
"Tubing's lab would be the place to take her if she were poisoned by lexinite. Now, are you coming or not?" Tobey asked and Violet followed. 'Wait a minute, I'm letting her come? I'm losing it!'

Huggy and Tubing watched the drama continue to play out as the three Botsford had it out. Sally and Tim and called a truce with each other over their daughter and were dealing with TJ. TJ wasn't taking it well that his sister was WordGirl. Tubing went to see who was at the door and frowned when he saw two teenagers.
"Professor, I know that she had to have been brought here, now let me in if you want to know what the association did with WordGirl." Tobey announced.
"Tobey," Violet began.
"It's the only bargaining chip we've got." Tobey fired back and the door opened.

"Excuse me, but this young man has some information that everyone needs to hear." Tubing said stopping the Botsford spat.
"WordGirl was taken to the hideout of the Evil Villains' Association. Apparently, someone from Lexicon wanted her and the association turned her over to Lexicon. Said something about Lexicon destroying the city if they didn't and since they are cowards they quickly did so."
"My daughter was kidnapped by her own people!" Tim Botsford let out before Sally could stop him.
"Oh for the love of...Becky Botsford was, is WordGirl? Great, now the villains are going to run a muck throughout the city." Tobey said.
"Not unless you stop them, Tobey." Tubing suggested.
"Me? You must be joking, and if you are, it isn't a funny one." Tobey said crossing his arms.
"I'm not." Tubing affirmed.
"I'm not going to do WordGirl's job." Tobey spat back.
"Why do bad things to get your father's attention?" Violet asked. This threw Tobey for several loops.
'Oh why does she keep bringing up my father?' he thought in despair. "Fine, but don't get used to this. I'm not going to become some good guy." Tobey relented and to the boy's surprise, Violet kissed him. His cheeks heat flame up for a moment until he shook it off.

"Sir, there are two...life forms flying out there." a science officer reported.
"Caelum to the bridge," Emma said after pushing a button on the arm rest of her chair.
"Report,"
"We've got something interesting,"
"What the hell? Who could be flying through the vacuum of space...transporter room! Lock on those two life forms and beam them up now!" Caelum barked. The others look at their commander as if he'd lost it. "It's the X weapon and the Lexicon Princess." he said and with Emma in tow, the two went to the transporter room.

"I guess I now owe you." the X weapon said coming off the transporter pad.
"What the fuck were you doing?"
"Calisto captured us and we were flying back home." the X weaponed answered with a grin.
"You let Calisto capture her?"
"Long story that I don't want to go into detail with anyone."
"Navigator," Caelum said hitting his com-badge, "Set course for Earth." he ordered.
"Acknowledged."
"Now, you can stay in your usual quarters, but don't fuck too much. It'll take a week to get the smell out of the room." Caelum said smirking and the X weapon rolled his eyes.
"Just get us home."" The X weapon requested. His friend was being his normal self which meant that the warrior caste hadn't taken any action against him. Hopefully that would stay the status until all of this was over.
