Chapter 2

Zim jerked awake, wincing at the bright lights. He tried to sit up, but found that he was tied to a cold metal table by his arms and legs. He whimpered slightly, then just sat back and waited. After about five minutes, Dib walked into the room, and stood next to the table, and smiled at him. “How are you doing?”

“….”

“Well, it doesn’t matter anyways, because I’m going to get a good look at your insides,” Dib gloated, holding up a scalpel.

“Aren’t you going to expose me to the Earth authorities?” asked Zim quietly.

Dib walked up to stand next to Zim’s head, then leaned down in his face and whispered, “Nope. I think I’ll keep you all to myself.” He grinned a little bit insanely into the aliens face. With a tug on his antennae, Dib walked over to the side of the table and stroked down Zim’s front.

Zim shivered, and tried not to think about what was coming next. He closed his eyes and leaned his head away from Dib. He felt the scalpel lightly scrape him as Dib cut away what clothes he was still wearing. Once he was done, Zim heard him come to stand by his head. All of a sudden, his head was jerked upwards. He opened his eyes in surprise to see Dib glaring at him. “I want you to keep your eyes open.”

Zim started shaking. “Buuut…”

Dib grabbed an antenna, twisting it sharply. “OPEN.”

Zim quickly nodded, keeping his eyes open. Dib went to find a cloth to prop Zim’s head up more. Once he was done, he grabbed the scalpel again.

Zim watched, horrified, as Dib began to cut a line down his front. It wasn’t long before he began to openly sob, as he watched Dib slowly dissect and explore his body. After awhile he couldn’t take it anymore and looked away, but Dib didn’t seem to notice. After awhile Dib began asking him questions, about what did what, wanting to know how his body worked. Zim tried to answer as best he could, choking out answer after answer. After awhile, Dib finally reached his head. “Should I cut an eye out? I always wondered how they worked… “ He smirked down at the Irken. “Well?”

“Nonono…Please don’t…” the Irken begged.

Dib raised an eyebrow in surprise. “Weeell… you have been good so far. How about, you continue to be a good little boy,” He said, tracing a line down Zim’s face with the scalpel, “And I’ll leave your eye alone. Deal?”

Zim nodded quickly, before turning away from the blade.

Dib instead grabbed an antenna.

“NONONONO” screamed Zim.

Dib just laughed, and picked a point just past the first bend on the left antenna, and cut it cleanly off.

Zim shrieked loudly in pain, struggling for the first time against his bonds. Dib laughed again, then set the piece aside. He sewed Zim back up again, and then went off to study the piece of antenna, flicking the light off before he left, leaving Zim alone to cry in the dark.
