Respect

Ch. 2

TD: Alright! Here is the next chapter!
Lily: you better not make me kiss that spaz again.
TD: don’t worry. I got something better in mind *begins to laugh evilly then clears throat* now be a dear and do my disclaimer please?
Lily: Twisteddarkness, thankfully does not own Kappa Mikey or any of its characters. He is also poor and suing him will get you nowhere.


Mitsuki decided to wait for Ozu to cool down before talking to him. So she just followed him to his office. She sat outside for about ten minutes and then knocked lightly on the door. The door was answered by Yes-man.

“Go away! Ozu needs peace and quiet!”
“Yes-man! Let Mitsuki in. It is not her I am angry with. Also, I would like to speak with her alone. ”

Yes-man left and Mitsuki entered and sat in an armchair across from Ozu’s desk. She stayed quiet, waiting for Ozu to say something. When he didn’t, she spoke up.

“Ozu, I know Lily said some disrespectful things about you. But, I know she didn’t really mean them. Could you please give her another chance?”

Ozu just sat in his chair, his hands folded and a look of concentration on his face. He was thinking about what Mitsuki said and also about Lily’s behavior earlier. After minutes of this he broke the silence that filled his office.

“Very well. Lily is not fired. After all she is a very talented actress as well as an important member of the show.”
“Thank you Ozu. I’m sure that she’ll be very happy to hear this! I’ll go tell her right now.”
“Do not leave just yet. I am not finished. There is an important matter we must discuss.”

Ozu began to type at his computer as he spoke.

“An important matter? What do you mean?”
“As you should know, this isn’t the first time that Lily has been disrespectful to others. And to be honest I am becoming quite sick of it. I would like you to teach her to be more respectful.”
“How would I do that?”
“Lily acts very much like a spoiled child and therefore should be treated as such. When she misbehaves, you shall punish her and reward her when she is good.”

He finished his typing and then he printed out two papers. He took them both and handed them to Mitsuki.

“These documents I have just written are written agreements to be signed by Lily, saying that she agrees with this and that she gives her consent to it.”

He then began to escort her from his office.

“But Ozu, what if she doesn’t agree to this?”
“Then, she is fired.”

He shuts the door and Mitsuki begins to walk away. But the door opens and Ozu sticks his head out.

“Also I want you to begin immediately. You shall start with her punishment for disrespecting me and hitting Lily Mu’s star actor.”

Once again the door to the office closed and Mitsuki was left to the task she was given. The only question was how to do this. She went back into Lily Mu studios, looking for Lily. However, the studios were empty; everyone else had gone home for the day.

Mitsuki changed out of her Lily Mu outfit and back into her street clothes. She then headed to Lily Mu Towers and went to her apartment. Lily was not there either.

‘It’s probably better that I have the apartment to myself right now.’ Mitsuki thought to herself, “that way I can figure out how this whole punishment and reward thing is going to work out’

-Three hours later-

Lily entered the apartment and was immediately confronted by Mitsuki, who was for some reason holding a wooden spoon. (A/N: as if you can’t guess why).

“Oh, hey Mitsuki. What’s the spoon for? Are you cooking dinner?”
“No, nothing like that. Lily, I need to tell you something. Ozu isn’t going to fire you.”
“Really?! That is great! Thanks Mitsuki! You really are the best friend a girl could have!”

Lily then gave Mitsuki a quick hug. Mitsuki returned the gesture, glad to see her friend was in a better mood than earlier.

“Well, there is a catch. He asked me to have you sign a couple of forms for him.”
“Sign some forms? That’s all? Consider it done! Where are they?”
“I left them on the table, but you should know that…”

Mitsuki didn’t get a chance to finish speaking before Lily ran to the table and signed her name on the both of them.

“Lily? Don’t you think you should read them before you sign them?”
“Why? It isn’t like I’m signing away my freedom or anything.”

She finished signing the second one when all of a sudden Yes-Man snatched them from her.

“The deal is complete! Ozu shall be pleased!”

He then ran off, leaving both Lily and Mitsuki standing there with confused looks on their faces.

“How did he get in here without us noticing?”
“Yeah and what does he mean by ‘The deal is complete’?”

Mitsuki sighed. This was not going to be easy to explain.

TD: And so the chapter ends. But I am already working on the next one. So expect it soon!
Mikey: Hey! How come I wasn’t in this chapter?!
TD: *sighs* I already told you! This is a Lily/Mitsuki pairing! So the story mostly focuses on them!
Mikey: But I’m the star of the actual show!
TD: I don’t take it you’ll be leaving me alone anytime soon.
Mikey: darn straight!
