Omi x Kimiko (OmiKim or Omiko)

It was a sunny day in the Xiaolin temple and Omi, the bald orphan monk, was just sitting and watching a couple of birds (one male and a female) helping each other to construct a nest for the awaiting moment that their eggs will hatch. He saw this as pretty because both birds were going to become parents. Omi is indeed young, but he has learned so many things from everyone around him, especially Kimiko.


For some time, Omi has a small crush on Kimiko, but he has some serious doubts on his feelings whether she could like him as a friend or more. Kimiko was the first girl Omi really met in his life. He would always fancy her all about the cool stuff she had, and also the clothes she wears; including her constant dying on her hair. Omi never thought that he would fall for the Japanese girl, but after all he always considered Kimiko really pretty and a very good friend. Omi decided to keep a secret of his feelings for Kimiko. He thought, “I wonder what would happen if Kimiko knows that I have a crash on her.” What he didn’t know is that Kimiko was using the Mind Reader Conch and accidentally knew Omi’s secret. She was entirely surprised at this situation. How she was having that Wu? This happened earlier in the morning.

(Flashback)
Raimundo stole earlier one of Kimiko’s hair dying products, and she was bitching him about how he is always immature with those pranks. She then took the Mind Reader Conch from the Wu vault. She was hoping on hearing Raimundo’s thoughts to know where he hid her hair products, but she got distracted by hearing Omi’s thought from outside. She heard of his secret feelings toward her, and she couldn’t believe it.
(End of Flashback)

She was a little confused about finding out of this situation. She thought “Well Omi made a mistake when he said crash when the word truly is crush. So in other words, Omi has a crush on me. I never knew he had few feelings for me.” As I told earlier, she was surprised by knowing this, but she had to admit that Omi has always been kind of cute. Kimiko then thought, “Maybe I can have flirt a little bit with him just to be sure if he really likes me that much.”

She went outside to where Omi was sitting. Omi then looked backwards and saw Kimiko standing there in her robes, and at that moment he became goofy and had a love struck look in his face. Kimiko then said to her little friend, “Hi Omi. How are you today?” Omi replied in his love struck face, “I am most fine Kimiko. Today you look very pretty.” Kimiko blushed at his comment, “Thank you Omi. You are always so cute at every moment, even the bad ones.” Omi said, “You told me I am cute, Kimiko.” Kimiko responded to him. “Omi, you little monk... every girl would like to meet someone as cute as you. I mean you’re small, bald, and have such smile that everyone would like to see.” Omi blushed even more then thought, “I never expected that Kimiko would have such opinions about me. Kimiko was the first to tell me that I was a cute boy, and she is really nice and have such pretty sapphire eyes like the blue ocean. I just hope that she doesn’t know of my feelings for her.”

Kimiko decided to take a little step, so she pulled him into a big hug. Kimiko said, “How much do you like my hugs Omi?” Omi responded, “A lot. I like your hugs a lot Kimiko.” Just then Omi said something to her, “Kimiko why are you most strange today?” Kimiko then totally said to him about her recent intentions, “All right Omi. I am doing all this to know if you really like me that much. To know if you have a crush on me.” Omi replied, “How did you know that?” Kim responded, “I just used the conch on you.” Omi said, “The Mind reader conch.” Kimiko nodded, and then Omi felt embarrassed of this situation now that this girl found out his secret and hid his head in shame.

Kimiko then put her hand on his shoulder to comfort him. Kim said, “Omi please don’t feel sad. It’s not a shame to have feelings for someone else. I think that what you think of me is really nice. Besides, I also like you and I will always like you.” Omi then faced to Kimiko and said, “You also like me?” She nodded, but Omi was a little bit unsure about this and asked to her, “How can I be sure you’re telling the truth?”

Kimiko then did the unthinkable; she kneeled down and gave Omi a pair of sweet kisses (one on his forehead and the other one on his cheek). Kimiko then said, “I told you I was telling the truth. Now you can see how much I like you.” Omi became really delighted at her kisses and replied, “Okay you were telling the truth. I love the way you kiss, you’re really good kisser.” Kimiko said, “Thank you Omi I really appreciate your comments.” Omi replied, “Hey how about if I give you a little something to return the favor.” Kimiko did not know what he was talking about, and just then Omi leaned and gave Kim a quick kiss on her left cheek. Kimiko blushes a little bit and then told to Omi, “Wow Omi. That was a really nice kiss. I liked it a lot.”

Omi then just asked, “Hey Kimiko. Would you like to sort in with me as in a thing everyone calls a date?” Kimiko then said, “You mean hang out with you as in a date.” Omi said, “That too.” Kimiko was a bit overjoyed at this and then said, “Of course silly. I would love to date you. How about this Friday? Omi nodded then Kimiko gave him another hug and yet another kiss, only this time on his lips. Kimiko said, “You know Omi. I think this is going to be the start of something beautiful.” Omi said, “Indeed, my beautiful Kimiko.” To end this, Omi and Kimiko got near and kiss each other on the lips, to seal the start of their new relationship.

Well one of your awaited shippings has been completed. I think that at times Kimiko and Omi would make a cute couple. They are most of the times nice to each other, so I wanted for a long time make this one shot of Omi and Kimiko together.
