Mysteria and Apparitia were shocand and appalled. There really was no plan. They had not met to try to come up with a new way to bust ghosts. There was no plot to take down Prime Evil or to destroy Haunt Quarters. They had met for the sole purpose of having sex.

That was it. hinghing more . . . .

They were in BIG trouble!

“Oh! s iss is terrible, Mysteria! Prime Evil’s gonna blast us into the next eon!”

“I know, I k Co Come on, we need to think, Apparitia! We have to figure out a way to turn this around in our favor!”

The two thought for a while. They eventually began to talk it out. Apparitia began. “All right, this is what we know. Jake and Jessica don’t want the others to know about their affair. From the looks of things, this was their first night together.”

“Yes,” Mysteria agreed. “They were very nervous, and some of the things they said . . . I’d say you’re right. A secret rendezvous. Interesting. I wonder why they were hiding it.”

Apparitia and Mysteria smiled at each other in silent understanding. “Yes, Mysteria. Why hide it, indeed?”
