We've analyzed every inch of that force field. The weakness is right here." Carson points. "The generator creates a circular shaped wall around the colony. The shield doesn't overlap, but has a microscopic crack in it. We can use my new EMP wave to widen the crack to open a hole in the defenses."
"Excellent. When can this be done?" Big Daddy asks.
"By tomorrow evening that colony will belong to us." Carson says and Big Daddy smiles.

Arrianna was doing a check of the monitor that monitored the force field. She see an anomaly and attempts to see what the problem was. Her eyes widen seeing an EMP disturbance was breaching the force field. She heads for where the source of the EMP wave was.

"Yes! It's opening!" Carson celebrates.
"You're not getting further!" ShadowStriker calls out.
"You came alone did you my granddaughter?" Carson taunts.
"I don't particular like that we're related." ShadowStriker says.
"Oh, and why haven't told your father about me yet?" Carson taunts as the thugs around him raise their weapons.
"This is our world to protect." ShadowStriker counters.
"Ah, so you and that partner of yours are wanting to make a name for yourselves then? Poor job you're doing of that." Carson bites.
"And you're trying to start a war that'll destroy the human race!" ShadowStriker shouts. Carson smirks and does a cutting across his throat and the thugs fire. ShadowStriker dodges the blasts.
"You made a mistake in coming here yourself." Carson states.
"I consider this family business." ShadowStriker growls.
"Awe, you want to do this yourself...,kill her, now." Carson orders coldly.

'She should be back by know, Huggy." Carina says as she and Huggy were waiting on Arrianna to get back from her check of the force field generator.
"Maybe we ought to check up on her?" Huggy offers.
"Yeah, c'mon." she says and heads out.

"You can't keep dodging like that." Carson says calmly. "One shot will hit you eventually."
"Your men couldn't hit the broad side of a space jet." ShadowStriker taunts.
"You're only human, you can't keep this up for long." Carson says patiently. He could tell that she was breathing hard and that her movements were slowing. Eventually, she falls to her knees trying to catch her breath. Carson smiles to himself as he gives the next order.
"Strip her and take her as a reward for your work." Carson says and the men circle her like a pack of hyenas. She growls trying to make her tired body move, but even with her devices' enhancements, she still had limits.
"Ahhh!" ScholasticGirl shouts and one Lexicon Decimal hybrid and one Lexiconian monkey start knocking the thugs away from their friend.
"Stop her stop her stop her!" Carson shouts as the rest start firing their weapons but missing or almost hitting their downed fellows. "Watch where you're aiming!" Carson shouts. ScholasticGirl quickly scoops up ShadowStriker and with Huggy, flies off towards their secret hideout. Carson snarls in frustration. He didn't have enough men to attack the colony. He would have to pull back and return later to attack the colony.

"She hid it from me, Violet."
"She and Carina want to get out of their parents' shadows. they want to prove to themselves and us that they are heroes in their own right." Violet states.
"But hiding the fact that my own father is involved in this...,didn't she think that I would want to know that?"
"Don't be too hard on yourself. Think about it, she didn't want the thought that your father was running amok on Mars to distract you from the bigger villain...,Chaos." Tobey sighs calming down a little.
"She might not act like you a lot of the time, but that just proves there's a little of you in her. That's what you would have done isn't it?"
"Of course." se replies kissing him.
"Ok, I shall remain focused on Chaos and his ilk, but if my father shows up...,"
"You and I will deal with him."
"Yes." Tobey states. He wraps his arms around what had become his pillar of strength.

"I think your mother will make sure he doesn't come here looking for him." Huggy states.
"I don't think my father will just let us deal with him. It's family business and that can be personal. If those thugs get their hands on me...,"

"It's that damn daughter of WordGirl and MathWiz...,she's just too strong!" Carson rants.
"Hmmm, we need to neutralize her somehow...," Big Daddy says thoughtfully.
"The problem is she's stronger in weaker and we aren't...,wait, that's it! If we can't weaken her...,"
"Then we make weaponry that makes humans just as strong as those alien scum buckets. Get on it Carson."
"I'm on it!" Carson says excitedly as he runs out of Big Daddy's office.

'I knew you'd come eventually." Mr. Big says to the two figures that had flown into his office via the opened window.
"Your father and Tobey's dad are terrorizing Mars." WordGirl begins.
"Plus they are working for Chaos and he seems to be determined to start between Lexicon, Decimal, and Earth." MathWiz states.
"Have a seat, this is going to be a long talk. Leslie, get me a glass of my oldest alcoholic." Mr. Big instructs Leslie. He pores the glass and takes a sip. "You know all too well of my mother. You've dealt with the effects of her 'grey dust'. While my mother wanted to sale security weapons to cities that she herself had started trouble in to begin with, my father sold the latest and greatest weapons to the highest bidder. He's gotten his hands on enough technology to start his own private little war." Mr. Big continues taking another long draw from his glass. "This Carson fellow seems to be the head inventor of my father's latest scheme, but this is more personal for one of your teammates now isn't it?"
"Violet is the only thing keeping Tobey on Earth." WordGirl states.
"To top it all off my father has a bunch of thugs that'll want to...,hmmm...,what nice would you use?"
"Use Arrianna's body?" WordGirl offers.
"Yes. I don't think the two of you have dealt with a threat like that. So, your kids don't know how to deal with a bunch of thugs that want to rape and pillage. He's going to push and push until your worlds will have up to here with Earth not taking any action and they'll have no choice put to turn the human colony into a crater." Mr. Big states.
"We're hoping to avoid that scenario." MathWiz states.
"Two heroes aren't going to be enough you know." Big says conversationally. "Your daughter might be just as strong as the two of you, but her partner is human...,my father will expose that weakness, and when he does, he'll make her suffer."
"Why would Chaos use them? Why not influence your ring?" WordGirl asks.
"I've been trying to figure that one out ever since this whole mess started." Mr. Big says slamming a fist on his desk. "I guess Chaos knew that my ring didn't wanted what he wanted. You two better make sure no arms deal is going on here. There might be certain world powers that would like to arm their military and head for Mars themselves and try to take the planet for themselves."
"China." the pair say in unison.
"And that's what my father is hoping for. While you two deal with Chaos and your children deal with the trouble on Mars. One or more of the nations here on Earth will ramp up their military and...,"
"And the first solar system wide war will begin." MathWiz begins.
"Stop the flow of weapons, and you stop my father." Mr. Big states.
"I appreciate...," WordGirl begins but Mr. Big waves her off.
"Two Brains and the rest know what's at stake. Plus, after all this is over I'm retiring and never looking back." The two were shocked at that last statement. Mr. Big was going to get out of the business of crime.
