I really liked this last chapter. It did a lot to humanize Kim's character and setup the next stage of the story.
If I can make another suggestion, I would recommend that Kim pick something (the most obvious being anal since she has already done practically everything else) that she will decide, completely on her own, that will be for Ron only.
I suggest this for a few reasons.
First, it is fine and dandy to have Kim say she isn't a slut, but you need to start writing her as not acting like one. And that means that she stops letting her libido rule her. So far in this story Kim has been ruled by her libido and that led her to cheat on Ron and not set any ground rules with the guys. She needs to consciously choose to limit what she will do and what she will let the guys do to her, then once those rules are set she can let herself go wild. (This presupposes that she can trust her partners to respect her wishes, but that probably needs to be ignored for right now or the whole shebang is off.)
Second, this will be her way of showing Ron that she still loves, wants, and needs him. At this point Ron is likely wondering about his place with Kim. And I think she needs to realize it. (Perhaps have one of the guys talk about how he felt these things when a wife or girlfriend cheated on him.) What was so special about these guys that she decided to cheat on him? Are they bigger than him, better than him? Why didn't she want him to be part of it? Why would she even want to stay with Ron? Is there anything that just they share anymore? And this can be something that Kim will decide will be special between just them. A part of her that only Ron can have.
Third, it provides more story material. I am sure that Kim will at some point want to be double penetrated, but for that to happen she will have to have another gangbang with Ron there. So, it is a perfect setup for another Kim gangbang story.
In closing, I am liking the way that this story is developing. Keep up the good work and expanding the characterization.

However, I really hope that you change your mind about having Ron use his "Card" now. The scenario that you had Kim planning sounds great, and I have to say that the guilt that Kim feels is actually a lot refreshing to see. It makes the story just a bit more realistic and intense.
What would be awesome would be for Ron to be pissed about it afterwards. Sure, they had a Get Out of Jail Free Card, but Ron figured it would be discussed before or that he would at least be involved. Also, it was a Card , as in singular, and Kim is going to cheat how many times? I am not sure Ron will see several continuous days at multiple times a day as a singular use.
If Ron does the same thing as Kim then I just see too much great story potential being wasted.
And god forbid she does anything with these men that she won't do with Ron. In some ways I hope that she doesn't do anal with these guys because she hasn't with Ron yet. Again, it makes for a better story where Kim might have these other sexual appetites, but that doesn't mean she is a complete slut.
I guess it comes down to what sort of story you want. If you want an erotic story I think you need to practice some restraint and patience. It will give you more material in the long run. If you just want PWP, which I don't believe since you actually cared enough about the character to have her feel guilty about cheating on Ron, then do whatever.

You start this story with a dialogue on the societal restrictions of sexual desires. It would be great if you didn't feed those restrictions. Show that just because Kim desires to be gangbanged doesn't mean that she is an immoral slut.

It humanized this story in a way that is exceedingly rare on this site, and for this type of story. It reminded me of Zaratan's "Long Night Home".
