I second ForgetMeNaught's review, and raise with my own high five!
Though Robbie has a point. Besides Amethyst possibly, it feels like it's going to be tricky involving the gems at all, or even just Pearl. But, whatever way you go will probably be well written and I know I'll enjoy it.

Well, having made time to sit and read, I can't say I'm unimpressed.
Young sexual exploration is often a tricky thing; as adults writing that material, it's easy to not only miss out on the more important nuances of evolving innocence, but the biggest problem of all is, frankly, the outright corruption of the process to meet our own needs. I feel you avoided both of those pitfalls skillfully, achieving most solid results. High five.
More than that, though, I love what you've done to discuss the nature of sex in Gem-Human relations, especially in Chapter 4's discussion of Pearl's fusion history with Rose. It brings up the idea of empathic sexual bliss on a whole new level, since gems share that magical metaconsciousness in their fused states. Imagine someone you love having a most robust orgasm, and feeling that in your whole being while you yourself are within and without that process. That's what you're telling us to think of.
So yeah. Another high five for you.

This fic would be great... if it ended halfway through chapter four. You clearly do understand the characters, Steven and Connie especially- but you lost me at the idea of Pearl at all enjoying sex. She hates biological functions, even the ones humans enjoy like eating, why would she like sex?
