I like it so far keep it up.

So far, I believe that this story is going swimmingly. Could use a little extra proofreading, but still a successful story (even if I don't normally read yoai).
As far as People and vehicle forms go:

I really think that June would be some sort of rescue vehicle, and with her understanding of the Autobots, she would not want to ever have to worry about Airachnid having 'air superiority'.
Jack would emphasize armor and power, but he would want to have speed.
Miko, LOUD and PROUD.
Raf, small, fast, and able to hide all his computing ability in plain sight
Vince, His car from the show, he really wouldn't know any better
Seirra, Sexy and cumm-worthy and able to make ALL the other femmes jealous.
Sari, a little exotic
Spike, something he would be used to
Mikelea, Tomboy, and reckless
Carly, Sophisticated, White collar, and British

This is an excellent Story - it's got actual story and isn't just plain PWP. (Though sometimes that's good too.) I do have one or two quick ideas.

1). Don't Pair Jack up with EVERY Bot/Human. While I a quick fling isn't bad, some of them are just... No. Prime and June are the two that Come to mind, since Jack or any of the kids with her would just be... icky. Prime is like their father - and that would be almost as bad. Though pairing the two of them up works for me, since the two work well together in my mind's eye.

2.) Have Raf and Miko join Jack on center stage. (Raf might need some coaxing...) Just because having Jack play sex toy all the time would be sad. Yes he's a stud - but unless this is going to end up as a massive orgy-ish story where everybody has multiple partners and nobody cares. Though that works too...

3.) An idea to get a bit of action - I'd like to see Raf/Jack action...

4.) I'd like Prime to retrieve the keys and take the original Autobots to Cybertron (To fix it without Megatron there. While they are gone... Megs captures Jack, Raf, and Miko, and he takes Jack by force while forcing him to watch as Miko is assaulted by Arachnid and Breakdown, and Raf is raped by Starscream (or knockout if he's unavailable) and Soundwave. Forcing him to watch would be the worst punishment Megs could give (He'd give him the option to surrender, and after he's rejected, he forces him to watch in horror - and laughs as his friends cry out in pain.)

5.) Megs adds a few more Cons to the mix - Human criminals (Possibly those into younger boys girls, since they would be inclined to hunt the new bots.)

Vehichles - hmmm... Don't know.

Make Chapter 3 with threesome, Vince and Jack have sex with Sierra, Starscream joins the autobots and gets new armor and color, Arcee has sex with Jack, and Optimus gets to have sex with June

another great chapter, keep em coming. one thing though, dont like there being only 1 sex scene per chapter, maybe try to squeeze in 2
