This story ended too quickly. Stacy gets hit with Envy-inator, fondles then licks and fingers Candace to orgasm outside of a concert in front of Jeremy who runs away? Meanwhile Ferb and Vanessa are running away from something.
At the very least we could have seen Jeremy's reaction to his girlfriend's being mouth- and finger-raped (okay, maybe "raped" is too strong of a word, let's say "excited") by her BFF. My feeling is that Jeremy would get extremely aroused by this girl-on-his-girl action and maybe angry at Stacy for "boldly going where no Jeremy has gone before". Ideally there would be a threesome after the concert where Jeremy gets to enjoy Candace and "disciplines" Stacy.
Or something.
This was a good start though. Hope to see more!

The opening was funny but the lesbian stuff was kind of gross and out of character. Also you had some typos that kind of took away from the story. I still think it was pretty good though!
