Honesty, it wasn't that bad. Since this is purely fiction, I would never worry about offending anyone or even have regrets about writing it. It's not like the creators of South Park have regrets about some of their stuff.
Anyways, cool story. I really would have liked it to be a lot longer than what it was because with all the terrible shit Cartman does, Kenny or "Dark Kenny" could have been a little bit more creative than just shoving his underwear in Cartman's mouth and sodomizing him. Still a good story. I enjoyed reading it. You should definitely do more and make sure to make them a lot longer.

Damn, I love it when Kenny or really anyone stands up to Cartman and rapes his sorry ass. He really does deserve it.Great fic! Loved it!
