Hello, first time writer, long time reader and I can honestly say that you are doing a wonderful job on this story. I'm not a fan of rape, but the necessity of it in your story just makes me root for Ron to put this rabid beast down. I'm looking forward to the future chapter of this story and I'm hoping for more excitement to come as well. And thank you for adding Commander Argus to the story, you brought a few tears to my eyes seeing him back, you know what I mean. Thank you and keep up the great writing.

This like always is an AWESOME story, very well written and it really affects ones' emotions, it's been a long time since i have read and reviewed and i just got done getting caught up and i am very eager to read what happens next.

I grew up in the 50's in Hawaii and remember the fear that we had concerning a nuclear attack. Barkin makes it sound like it was just a joke but I can tell you that it was very real. The Cuban missile crisis of 1962 had us feeling that the end of the world was upon us. In '59 a guy came to a PTA meeting and tried to sell shares in a community bomb shelter, but there were no takers because most people worked in the city and it would have taken hours to get to the shelter, unless it was a night attack, when everybody was home.
