I've never really had an appreciation for Mai before, but I definitely liked her in your story. The Mai/Zuko/Katara relationship is very interesting and I am looking foreward to more chapters.

Well, at least the three of them are more or less on good terms, though it will be interesting to see where it goes from here. Also, fascinating back story on Mai you came up with there, though somehow it seems kind of improbable to me, but necessarily impossible. Until chapter 10, then(please don't make us wait another eleven months for it.). Laters.

OH wow. Great addition. I could've kept reading, it was really great. I love that Zuko & Mai seem to care more for Katara than anyone else in that village. I will be waiting anxiously for the next chapter. : )

Damn! With the few Zuko/Mai stories out there, this is easily one of the best. And Katara's struggles only add to the greatness. I don't usually go for stories that're heavy on the drama, but I'm definitely making the exception for this one. I hope it continues because I'm really looking forward to Zuko, Katara & Mai getting together. AWESOME FIC!
