Excellent start! I look forward to more. I love how you depicted Pakku and even gave him a believable background that explains just why he's so stiff and commanding for one so young. He's one of my favorite characters. Gotta love that icy condescension, social snobbery and poignant sarcasm. LOL!
It will be interesting to see how this develops.
