Your story is fantastic! I love how you write from Katara's perspective. Zuko is wonderful, and Iroh's meddling is quite cute. Please update soon!

This is easily one of the best written pieces I've read in the past few weeks. Not just as fanfic, as writing in general, it's really good. I was hooked from chapter one, and I couldn't stop reading until I reached the last chapter posted.

You've really captured the tension of Zuko and Katara's relationship and projected it into something that is both coherent and fascinating. Truth be told, I can't WAIT to read the next part! I'm twitching to know what will happen next. You have me totally interested in the future development of their prickly marriage, and how Katara will fare in the court.

What I liked most, so far, was how they kept missing each other. They both seem to be trying and floundering, and sending the right signals at the wrong time. Wonderful job fleshing that out!

As I said: can't wait!

I really like your take on the "Zutara in the interest of peace" plotline. I LOVE your details. The only thing I'll be so bold to nag about is Suni (I think that's the name of Katara's assistant?) Or rather, I hope katara stand up to her a little more like she did with the ladder. I had a hard time believing Katara couldn't come up with a way to tactfully disobey her. And its frustrating to see Katara so restrained. I hope they come to a compromise.

Please update this story. The writing is at a higher level than other fan fics. I can't wait to see how you keep developing Katar and Zuko.

I'm so glad to finally see an update of this. Catch that muse and beat it into submission. I love the dinner for them at the end of the chapter. "I like turtle ducks." That is so cute and so awkward and yet so Zuko. Excellent work. Can't wait for more.

This is a really good story. You've done a really good job in writing the characters. Their actions and their speech are very believable.

I am new to the world of Avatar. I did watch some episodes occasionally when Inuyasha used to be shown. I am normally a Sess/Kag fan from Inuyasha. One day I was reading the summaries of some of your other stories and this one caught my curiosity. Now, it's got me hook, line, and sinker. I'm glad you have moments of the different characters thinking back into the past. It's very helpful for someone like me that's ignorant of the characters of the world of Avatar. It lets me get to know the kind of person they were as opposed to who they are now. I'm glad you're letting Zuko and Katara get to know each other in a slow manner. From their history and background, it would not seem right for them to instantly fall in love. They need time to get to know each other as they are now and learn to trust each other before they can completely love each other. Friendship and trust make up a large portion of love. I appreciate the moments of humor that brings a moment of lightness to an otherwise heavy and tense atmosphere. You have just introduced me to another couple that might just give Sesshoumaru and Kagome some competition but they are still number one for me. This story just got put on my fav list.
