This was great. Kim's choice to go was what I expected. Kim's talk with her mother was excellent. The eating the of the "hamburger" was fun. Kim's views on sex and the sexuality of those around her was refreshing. Kim's arguing with her self was well done and fit perfectly.

and finally we have an answer ... after putting herself through days of hell trying to figure shit out and then deciding on her answer in less than a heartbeat the answer changes and another commitment is made ... 'i have to know' in this sitch is one of those big steps that cant be taken back and if there are any regrets to come from it theres nothing to be done for it ... which was a big part of her internal struggle

Mrs. P coming in with a hint o the drink on her breath is worrisome though, truly worrisome ... i'm kewl with people drinking and getting drunk heck i'v done so on many an occasion, nothing wrong with either as long as its done safely, oddly its similar to the sitch with sex Kim was dealing with, drinking because its fun and you like it eh nothing wrong with that, drinking for other reasons it gets murky but and this is a big but drinking even a bit then getting into a vehicle is flat out wrong and i'd expect a woman of Mrs. P's caliber to know that and that marks the only thing so far in this story thats irked me that said however i can understand her desire to have a sip to 'take the edge off' after an operation that had her dealing with life or death for half a day give or take, i can understand it but i dont agree with doing so before returning home ...

its funny how such a seemingly small detail can add up to some serious thinking in light of a lot of serious thinking to resolve a personal sitch

as i'v toldja before Kell i'm a details oriented type, the details get me hooked and when done right they lead to a fantastic bit of reading ... thus far thats exactly what this story has been

A semi-normal day in the life of. Doing chores, homework, help your mom out, trying to discover more about yourself. It's the little stuff in life that can make it so intresting, would you say.

Another wonderful update. Nice to see the teen inside the hero and her relationship with her family. Loved the way she is handling ctisis. Her denial phase was well executed. I look forwardto see how she handles acceptance.

thedepression was handled nicely.the stronger the denial the stronger the attraction. At least that how it iw with me. i noticed in all the catloging of pretty girls in the school she never noticed Mon or maybe i jsut missed it. the Tweebs will have a field day if they find her internet history and such and such. and finally a nice way to end it. The search and the gradual starting of acceptance on the host enity that is Kim possible seem to be actually normal for the abnormal teen can't wait for more on the change and how Drakken fits in to this. now i know you said this wasn't a kigo story just had Kigo in it but will that be after the Mon talk and confession or before because i stil think they make a cute couple and scratch earlier thought about Drakken this is before so the Drama so that means he must be starting the diablo incident if you handle the continualty sighltyly the same. Just had a nice thought of Shego taking Kim to her Prom. any way i can't wait to see Corscan next apperence. is she just a woman of lust or a looker of love? scenes domestic ... you know the only thing that i found surprising was that Kim was the only one doing anything housework wise ... i mean the tweebs, while somewhat insane and energetic, are capable of pushing a vacuum or gathering up laundry if not actually doing the laundry (wouldn't trust them with any chemical not even detergent lol ) still it was a very nice peek inside casa Possible and seeing how things went.

also really liked that you put Ann's work into a more proper perspective ... top quality surgeons of any profession lead pretty harsh lives but when dealing with the brain/nervous system surgeries tend to be excruciating and that is rarely touched on, not is the impact such operations have on the family life especially when both parents have jobs with long shifts or differing schedules (both Dr.s could find themselves on erratic schedules considering that space programs sometimes have to meet critical deadlines and some launch windows come at odd periods) you've actually made a believably dynamic family out of them in this
