Hey, this was pretty fun. I definitely got what you were doing, with the italicized fable and the more detailed corresponding novel, and it was enjoyable. I regret that Sokka has not had a bigger part in this plot, but I definitely love all of Zuko's close-ups.

Touching and relieving chapter. Glad to see the tension of the clans has disappated.

I was kinda wishing Zuko would have giving Katara's dad the beat around but I guess its best they leave on civil terms...Or do they lol.

Awww so sweet. I'm glad that cooler heads prevaled and that Hakoda wasn't an ass. This is such a sweet story. Only now that Zuko gets to have an awesome dragon form what is Katara's ultimate form. A giant sea lyviathin, like a dinasour, would rock.

Well, at least her father has let go, that's something. I guess next chapter is like an epilogue or something? Well, until then. Laters.

okay Katara better this time stand up for Zuko, she has no more excuses and if she doesn't tell her dad that she loves Zuko and wants to stay with him, then she is totally lame because Zuko has given her everything and he deserves her loyalty!

Ah! I loved Hakoda's entrance in this chapter! (And I think he really acted the way a father would, to calm the situation to make sure his child wouldn't get hurt in the cross-fire.)

Thank you so much for updating, Spleef!!! ^_^
