I must say that this was a very enjoyable one shot, well written and steamy. In fact I have read it multiple times. The only thing that saddens me is that I see other works of yours that are incomplete and have have been so for years. Because of that, I reluctantly refused to read the rest of your works. I don't want the frustration of reading a story that has little chance of every being completed. I wish I knew what happened that caused you to cease your writing and hope that someday you may find the spark of a muse to continue your works. Though with even your 'myspace' page down I'm guessing that something has forced a stop to your work rather than a loss of inspiration. Ultimately, I hope everything is okay for you and that someday you can find the time and heart to write again. Take care and best wishes for you.

Finally, a piece where Katara is neither the victim, nor an innocent virgin waiting to be ravished by Zuko/Aang/Mai/Azula/Toph/Zhao/Appa [did I miss someone? Ah, yes, Momo, you, me, the cable guy, etc., etc.] I can’t believe the amount of work out there that repeats the same premise or that portrays the girl as this weak moron who cannot think (usually overwhelmed by the manliness of [insert name here]), and who invariably ends up in the middle of all this *very denigrating* kinky stuff. However, as she is just a victim of her desires as soon as [insert name here, usually Zuko] removes his shirt, there is nothing she can do about it. Uggh! I am happy to read a piece where she knows what she wants, she goes for it, she is the seducer, Zuko stays mostly in character, and the smex is intense but sweet at the same time. I actually find your piece really sexy and even refreshing. I am happy to see an empowered Katara and an empowered Zuko as a result. Good for you!

I think the frustration theme fits Katara and Zuko very well--I could well imagine them having a run-in of that kind. And your style of writing is lovely, not to mention that this one-shot is rather delectable smut. ^^

I think this is a well written one-shot. While I do not see Zuko and Katara ending up as a couple I can see them having more than a few spirited romps.

I really liked this story. Good job. It definately needs a second chapter or a sequel.
