This fic is very good. I love how the characters develop from chapter to chapter. It gives me a chance to actually get attached to each of the characters. Especially in the big hug fight scene with Zuko and Ozai, (and chapters leading up to that.) it was great. I loved every part of it. I hope you update soon. I'm looking forward to it. Until then. This is an absolutely fantastic story! The dialogue is good, and the plot is well written. I can't wait until the next chapter!

I really enjoy your story! Except now I'm confused because I swear the same story line is going on over at deviantArt, and hopefully plagiarism hasn't come into this. Because I want to finish reading your work. Are you going to update any time soon?

I love this story! Still I'd have to say that "Push and Pull" is one of my favourites that you've written so far. ^^ This one is VERY good too. I love how you use so much from the Avatar universe and use it so well to make the story look and feel Avatar. Tui and La were ingenious, as well as many other subtle and not so subtle references to Avatar episodes and such. Zuko and Katara relationship is passionate and I love how you've written it. Poor Zuko, being a prisoner even if he succeeds in defeating his father and ruling the Fire Nation as Fire Lord. I wonder if Katara and him will ever be able to be together... I hope so! ^^ I hope you keep up the good work and I just wanted to let you know that someone out there is enjoying what you write and your creativity. :)

P.S. Tui and La, if I'm not mistaken, are references to "Push and Pull", are they not? ^^

Oh, wow. This is the best Avatar fic I've ever read. Your characterization is amazing, your writing style flows wonderfully, your plot is well developed and progresses at a pace that feels right, and in particular your depiction of some of the depth of emotion is just incredibly touching. The story just rings true on so many levels. Many authors write in such a fantastic way, in the literal sense, that they don't actually write something believable. Dispite the fictional nature of the universe, your writing so genuinely depicts how people interact and how chapters of lives unfold that it can carry the reader. For instance, I found myself thinking multiple times during zutara moments, 'Yep, that's how marriages fall apart. People have a genuine affinity for each other, they're attracted, there's potential for them, but if they don't *learn* each other in a really crucial way, learning what the other needs and how far the other can be pushed - and then respecting those boundaries, it won't last. It can't last. Or, it can't last and retain an atmosphere of love and respect.' And that is, for these characters when they are depicted in character, one of the great dangers I think, that most of us just want to gloss over. And yet, I think to address it acknowledges the reality of who they've been written to be, and sets a firmer foundation for a relationship in the future.

All this to say, thank you for writing, and I look forward to the rest of the story.

I love this story.
