I have to admit, I kind of saw that ending coming. I like how you subtley incorporated the story title into this chapter.

Dude! That was so not fair! Another super cliffhanger was not what my health needed.
And Shego had better be O.K. somehow or I might just have to pay you a visit. (cracks knuckles)
Seriously though, best story on AFF. Period.
The first thing I do when I go on AFF is see if a new chapter is up. I could go on reading this story for years.
Keep up the good work!

Rann, I seriously love this story and what you've been doing with it. But you're cliffhanger is just plain *evil*!!! :D
Keep up the great writing and I can't wait to see what you have planned next! >:-)

I thought this was a really unique, (and epic) chapter. The dynamic of the characters was one I don't think I've actually seen elsewhere, and the developments pose an interesting question in regards to Kim and Shego. Shego has developed with the other characters totally absent Kim's influence or knowledge, and I imagine that will make for a strange sort of alienation for Kim. I also think it was wise of you to separate the two main characters as it allows them to get more depth and keeps to a 'less is more' philosophy. There were some very surprising and memorable moments, and daring amount of intimacy considering Kim was absent from this chapter. I think it's a little shame that, (I don't think) you cant see this epic feeling story on a more high traffic site like FF.net
