You are an amazing writer. Kiss of Fire is actually a lot better than some of the books i have read. I almost forgot to eat while i was reading this. Please tell me you are going to write more of this. I have to find out if Katara remembers!!!!

Now, this update was very nice. ^_^
For one, all the punishments seemed satisfactory enough. Nice wrap-up of the whole Enki fiasco. The details showing how much of a spoiled brat he was made me laugh, for sure.
As always, characterization, detail, and plot is crisp and spicy. You have a steady hand, my friend. The revelation that Toph's daughter was also Zuko's was sure unexpected. Hehe. A friend who reads this fanfic commented to me that Kuzon and her might become an "item" later in life. Whew! I couldn't help laughing hysterically after this revelation remembering that comment. The reasons behind it seemed sound enough and I liked the response you gave Zuko in reaction to the "accident" question. Very brilliantly put and touching.
As for the rest....... two words: MUD WRESTLING! ^^ Now, that's the Katara/Toph relationship we all know and love!

So NOT loving that Zuko and Toph were together, don't really care how lonely or spontanous it turned out to be. Just my two cents in refrence to that one.
And the whole fighting for dominance at the end of the chapter at the end, all I gotta say is. Katara/Miumi better kick Toph's ass! It always did bug me how forward/bitchy Toph could be. Katara has been pretty cool with how forward Toph's been, especially since she doesn't really have Katara's memory of experience to draw on. So yeah, interested to see who wins but I'm totally for Katara.

I'm very intrigued by this story and I can't wait until you write more of it, especially since it seems Miumi/Katara's memories will resurface soon.
My only criticism is that you tend to repeat information we've already read multiple times, for instance Miumi saying that Hana taught her something or another or some random thought about Zuko's treatment of her. It would better your writing significantly if you eliminated or rephrased these repetitions in such a way so that they seem to be fresh thoughts.
Criticism aside, I truly hope to see more of this story! It has kept me entertained for quite awhile!

Almost two am, and here I am, enthralled once again. Sorry it took me so long to read. My own muses have given me the middle finger *sigh*. We're having a Zutara week on DA, if you didn't know, check out out Greenify Me's journey for more info.
Yet again, I'm astounded by how brilliantly cohesive your plots are, how well researched and dedicated you are to character development. Wish you could be writing the show. Brilliantly done, can't wait for Capture of the Maiden to be updated as well. *hugs*
