Wow I love how you portray Mandy, it kinda makes ya wonder...
And her and Grim...
*grins* I like it, if only there were some more to it, or more like it out there.
Excellent story,
Liz

Brilliant story - the more you read it the more it pulls you in and by the end you just really, really want another chapter! I love how real you've made Mandy's character and how you've sort of explained her relationships with other characters, you made her seem so much more real and so much deeper. The emotional imagery was great and the story really unique. You should become a proffessional writer!

Mucho applause on the fic! It rocks!
I really appreciate when fanfic writers take cartoon characters and spin them in new ways. The characters' personalities have already been established, and every fan knows what they would and wouldn't do. However, I love it when writers look beyond the set personality, seeing what depths there are underneath. Mandy is a girl who we never see as anything but an emotionless girl, but what goes on under the surface? This is a fanfic writers job: to bring these thoughts to life. As for staying in character, let's face it; unless we're the creator of the show, we can't stay one hundred percent IC. Besides, everyone acts OOC every once in a while. If we didn't, life would be boring as hell. As long as it's not something too extreme or unbelievable (like Billy suddenly becoming a rocket scientist), I have no problem with out-of-characterness. Grim Adventures is a fairly dark show to begin with, so angst is not something that's too shocking for me. And as for Mandy being emotional, you have to remember, despite it all, she's still human. I'm glad you showed that in this fic. It's one of the reasons I love it. (Plus, it's Grim/Mandy, and I LOVE Grim/Mandy)
Sorry for the rant, but I thought this needed to be said.
I love the fic immensely!

I was cynical of Billy and Mandy fiction but I think that non-graphic character exploration works really well, now. I think Mandy's character was really put across well.

That was really good.
And mushy.
And yay.
Not to mention it actually makes a bit of sense.
The last line is priceless, by the way.

Excellent!! That was great and just dripping with angst. The ending was so sweet. I like how you had Mandy cry. It just worked so well in this fic. Maybe you should do one when they're older? That would be so cool! And they could...um... make love... if you can figure out how to do that. (Because I sure can't! xD) Honestly I like Grim/Mandy a lot better than Mandy/Billy (Billy's a bit too stupid to work with the affairs of romance, you know? He'd have to be tweaked some), but I like that pairing too. By the way, I emailed you a few days ago but I'm not sure if you got it. Would you please check your inbox? :3
