please update soon!! I never read a mulan story like this before it is so amazing!! Is Shan-Yu going to fall in love with Mulan and Mulan the same to him!! please email me your next chapter update!!

Okay you need to write a sequel for this. Seriously, this is an awesome story and please please start the sequel because I am dying to find out what will happen next. I mean is Mulan still pregnant? She says she is moody and feeling nauseaus still, I mean maybe she was having twins and only miscarried one child? Wow, that would be such a twist……and will Shan Yu consolidate his power, will he find Mulan again, will he be a father?!? I mean I have a million questions and only YOUR sequel can satisfy my curiosity.
I really enjoyed this story and I can’t wait for you to continue this story. So please have pity on me and post again…soon…..

This is quite an extraordinary story. It so easily could have turned out this way in the movie and it reads as if it was something that actually happened at one time. Mulan's mixed feelings, the details of the palace, the details about all the other people - including your original characters of the doctor and the madam of the tavern house, all combine in a whole that reads as real, as something that happened. I'm glad I started reading it and after the first few paragraphs, I was captured and unable to stop reading until the end. Thank you for sharing it.

This is a very interesting story indeed. I've re-read the chapters you have posted up and I must say I'm very excited to see the ending.

Disney cartoons are great to watch growing up, but it is always a depiction of black vs. white, and I like that you've depicted the story more in a realistic sense. It's given Shan-Yu alot more character depth.

I LOVE CHAPTER 21. SHAN YU IS SO SEXY WHEN HE IS NOT FLEXING HIS MUSCLES. HIS USE OF HIS SWORD ON HIS COUSIN WAS AN AMAZING DISPLAY OF CONTROL AND SPEED! I LOVE A MAN IN CONTROL OF HIMSELF!!!
