I'm completely blown away by this fic. I'm left completly speechless... honestly. It's so intense and relentless. I love how the point of view changes between the chapters, the contrast between Zhao, Zuko and Aang is amazingly effective. The progression of Zuko's obsession is so true to his character and honestly the best I've seen in my endless pursuit of Avatar fics (and smut of course!) Zuko's manipulation of Aang is beautifully done. Aang's dependance on the drug is a fantastic twist and you handle it excellently.
This is one of my favourite Avatar fics. Dark, twisted and achingly beautiful. I'm in awe of your writing. To write such a dark fic and make it not only believable but so very true to the characters is no mean feat.

It's so sad how little Zuko and Aang stories there are, instead we're overwhelmed with 'Zutara' stories. Yours is one of the few I found, though I wish it was completely consensual between Zuko and Aang. I do like it though, you write well. I do have one question, is the story finished? It hasn't be updated in awhile and this last chapter does seem like it could be an ending. If it isn't I would love to see more. It would be nice if there was a switcharound and Zuko really did fall in love with Aang and in order to help release him from his 'service' helped him to overthrow the fire nation gov't:) But I guess that's just wishful thinking. Anyways I would love to see more Zuko/Aang stories from you, you really are a good writer. Though I must say I'm not a fan of the first person POV, but the fact that I read and liked your story despite this really speaks to your skill as a writer. Anyways, that's all:)
