Previous reviewer here. Wow, thank you so much for this! Finally finished after all this time. I came to check Static Shock looking for motivation to finish my own Virgil/Richie fic because sometimes it seems like writing for such a small fandom is like writing into a void. This totally turned my negative mood around. There are lots of people left who still feel love for this show, even after so many years. And you know I've always remembered this fic, and never quite stopped wondering how it would end. So this is such an inspiration.

Hmm.... I'm not so happy with Virgil at the moment, but I am particularly biased when it comes to Richie. Well great story so far. It's very well written and has a interesting plot. I can really relate to the way you've written the characters and their thoughts. An quick update would be nice, but please don't fell rushed. Right now the pervy part of me is asking for a lemon, but you don't have to. Keep up the good work!
