Ha! Now thats I quote I can live by. Love Calvin and Hobbes by the way X3 Another great chapter! Ooh, Zim's going to blow up the earth, and Dib's going to watch and laugh! That is IF Zim is ordained, from what I know of the deleted episodes, and those only in script form, the control brains wanted to delete Zim as much as the Tallest...so how is anything Zim has done up to date going to change thier mind of that? Not to mention he ended up frying a couple, I don't think I would like my reletives fried like that all that much...Oo; 10 days you say? What monumentus event will happen within those 10 days? Something for me to find out! I will be waiting for your next post!

Don't mind me, I'm just a bit ******off cause I'm getting a HORRIBLE moment of OMFG I can't write because of writers block and I can't do the other story that's blocking the writing on The Day Dib Went Crazy and Stuff because I never saw the episode 'Tak, the Hidious New Gil' so i can't write Taks personality!! >< *Dies.*

heh. ^^; I'm back already! shocking, ne? unfortunately, I have AD/HD, and it's really hard for me to focus on one fandom at a time, which is why I tend to wander out. hell, the last time I was reading this I got to chapter 50-something and then was like..."shit! I don't feel like reading this anymore! x.x" and left, wandered around for a while, and then came back to finish it.
'cause this fic is so wonderful and all. ^^
btw, I tried out some of the music you mentioned ("line of corpses" and "everything's cool", by wumpscut and pop will eat itself, respectively. heh. I LOVE that last band name ^^), and it's fucking awesome! ^^

OMFG! I have a cameo in your chapter?! *runs around in circles squealing* ooo... who could it be? well, the only new named charechters were grapa, kirm, squeege, tana and jes... and you said it was a him, so is it grapa? But in all honesty i can't really tell you how touched i am. words can not convey the joy. *dramatic pose* I am deeply honored by this; thank you very very much. <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
I remember that episode. I have it on dvd (yay) and i was actually watching it a couple days ago. And mimi did have slight personality but it was more like you would expect an AI to be. whereas gir has compassion and sorrow... even if his is on crack... or something like it. hmmm... robot crack, what an interesting concept. lol
Also, i was really intreagued by the charechter development in Dib this last chapter. I mean when he blew up at the science officers for comparing him to his spiecies and later on smiled when Zim promised to anihilate his spiecies. At first it didn't seem to quite fall right now that he had a new people with the Irkens. I mean Dib was always so compassionate and caring to his sister and random humans he was never aquainted with in the sieries. Then i remembered how he was treated and really, if you get ground down that much, a person can be broken beyond repair. It's odd, i should have expected it but i didn't because even though Dib has this deep seended hatred of those who wronged him and can't let it go, he is still dib. He is the exact same person in the sieries only now his compassions are more guarded and redirected. he remebers every hit delt to him. like in the part where he was torturing the vortians. I don't think he would have been capable of torturing the vortians the way he had if it had been an isolated event without the childhood traumas. But those things all make dib the more beautiful because he wasn't destroyed by the events the way some people are, and that's because the sweeter side of him found Zim. I guess i kinda forgot how Dib has changed because the kind Dib was preserved in his interaction *wink wink nudge nudge* with Zim. It's precious. ^.^
on a side note: i don't know why it didn't get posted in my last review, but you know who is so perverted he powns over both Freud and Shakespeare? Pablo Picasso

I read your reply to DuosAngel's review. I just wanted to add a little note to that. earlier this year, one of my friends did a short course in Psychology, and they had to choose a fictional character and find and identify a personality disorder.
My friend chose dib and apparently Dib was incredibly close to being paranoid-schitzophrenic. sadly I wasn't in the course so I dont know much more than that.
Ununbium? for some reason I was under the impression that it just fell apart, instead of being unstable and going boom or something (that was I percieve when thinking of instability in chemical terms), it just falls apart because of the lack of force required to hold it together. *warily eyes her chem teachers* Good little chemical irkens *pats the irkens*
For the rest of this chapter.. it was good to see more of Dib. ^_^ And that analysis box rocks. I'd love to have one of those. I like the way he got depressed because of the way the science officers asked him if humans were that resourceful (we're really not. so many of us are lazy..). The maleovence he shows towards others is a good thing as well, im finding a lot of dibby sap stories around the place, and ive gotten quite sick of it, its good to read something where he can be sadistic.
thankies for offering to beta Paint It Black for me ^_^ I'll email it to you when I've finished wih it (I really hate the third chap, so i keep tinkering with it, its getting better kind of, just two scenes of hate to go.) you'll probably get it sometime next week. I've got the entire thing planned out, and all ready to be typed out, but I keep writing scenes that fill me with hate. >:(

Oh my goodness. I knew you were brilliant, but DAMN!! The detail you went into with Dib's work with the chemicals blew me the fuck away. And you managed to describe it in a way most would understand! My WORD!! I'm deeply impressed, considering I nearly failed chemistry (stupid-waste-of-my-time-class) back in the day. And they way the crew just assembled around Dib while he was working, an advanced species so impressed by the workings of a human was a fantastic touch.
And cameo goondess? I beleive you will understand how happy I am when I explain to you that I was only able to write this reveiw after running around my room, crashing into walls (as I was running on tiled floor while wearing socks *shakes head at self*) and laughing like maniac.
Okay, maybe I wasn't that excited...but I felt like doing it, damnit.
And is it just me, or did anyone else get a wonderful chill going up their spine at that last line? I know I did.
