Wheee! New chapter! You did an excellent job on this one, the part where Zuko was exploring his wound and where Iroh was cleaning it made me squirm it was so realistic. Wonder how Katara and Iroh will react when they notice that Zuko shaved his head...Great job!

Hi there, it's great to see a new chapter here. I'm glad that Zuko doesn't feel guilty about his scar anymore. Those memories were real dark, and I'm glad he realize the true meaning of honor and that it's okay to care and show emotions. I can hardly wait to see what happens next like what he does as Fire Lord and what will Katara do while he's busy with his duties. Hope to see chapter 27 here real soon. As always this chapter was excellent! I had kinda forgotten about Avatar fics but the recent marathon put me back into it and I was so glad to see you had kept up your story. Zuko and Katara's relationship is so complex and I adore how you are able to keep them in character while adding you own twist. So I really enjoy reading this story- though I wish Katara had run away, her staying seems quite contradictory to her other actions but such is Zuko's power I suppose. There is only one question I have, I wonder if Zuko realizes that Katara has never said 'I love you' back? It just seems that as much as it took for him to say it to her he doesn't seem concerned that she hasn't returned the sentiment. Ah well...I suppose you know what you're doing j/k...I thoroughly enjoy reading your work and can't wait for your next post!
